do you have to start out with starter pokemon?

Hmm...I probably shouldn't, but I'll ask anyway...Well, I don't watch the anime anymore, and i don't think i'm allowed to buy anything involving Pokemon anymore, as it's too "childish" (or so my mom thinks) so I'm not really up to date, and I hardly know anything involving Sinnoh. Soooo...can we rp other regions? please? maybe? maybe not? no, probably not. -sigh-

glaceon isn't a starter, sorry. but you could have glaceon and a starter.

um, you can have any starter pokemon... :D
charmander, squirtle, bulbasuar, chikorita, totodile, cyndaquil, treeko, torchic, mudkip, piplup, chimchar, and turtwig. :D
