AnnaM (annamc) | 1111 comments This thread is for the books we find that we haven't seen listed anywhere else, the oldies but goodies, the new-to-us but not new to the world stories.

Like these (note that I haven't read these):

Series= Deadworld by Lorie O'Clare , Shara's Challenge by Lorie O'Clare

Series= Unshackled by Lorie O'Clare , Waiting for Yesterday by Lorie O'Clare

AnnaM (annamc) | 1111 comments I know some of the books in this series are SFR, possibly all of them.

Heart Of A Traitor by Angela Verdenius

Couldn't remember all the titles, so here's a link to Angela's GR page with all her books listed. The "Heart" Series has near a dozen books, I think.

Angela Verdenius

AnnaM (annamc) | 1111 comments Never read these, but they came up under a search for Sci fi Romance and the descriptions sound like forms of SFR.

Star Journey by Terese Thor --note that I'm not sure if this supposed to be fiction or what? Tom's Angel & a Warrior's Path by Jeannie Murnette Smith ,
The Kiribati Test by Stacey Cochran , When Dream and Day Unite by Joseph M. Lanzafame

AnnaM (annamc) | 1111 comments I haven't read any of these, though I have White Tiger on my TBR.

I believe these three are a series with Kicking Boots being the third book.

Relics, Ancient Enemy Book Three - Kicking Bots, Anaz-Voohri: Operation : Pleiades

I'm not positive these two are SFR. Does anyone know?

Snatched, Alien Lockdown

Another SFR series. Black Jaguar, White Tiger, Red Leopard Two more installments are due out in 2011.

SFR series:
Luminous Nights, Vigilant

Mind-Blown, Zero-G novella

Vicky | 15 comments I've read Alien Lockdown. It is definitely SFR. I think all of Vijaya Schartz' books are advertised as SFR.

message 10: by AnnaM (new)

AnnaM (annamc) | 1111 comments Thanks, Vicky! I thought a few were listed as fantasy on her site, but I could be wrong. I've never read her work. Glad to know this one's SFR! The more the merrier.

Thanks Jan! I'd love to read every book on that list :)

Jan (janoda) | 226 comments I'm not sure it's been mentioned anywhere here before, but I think Fires of Nuala counts as SFR, or at least sci-fi with romantic elements. Anyone read this already?

message 18: by Vicky (new)

Vicky | 15 comments I've read Fires of Nuala and it is good blend of romance and scifi.

message 19: by Jim (new)

Jim | 2 comments My novel Clementa is scifi romance, though I didn't know there was such a genre when I wrote it. It came out in 2008.

message 20: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Gilmore Has anyone read In Conquest Born by C.S. Friedman?

In Conquest Born by C.S. Friedman

message 21: by Jan (new)

Jan (janoda) | 226 comments It's on my list to read, but so far, no luck in finding a copy.

That's the same trouble I'm having with Fires of Nuala by Katharine Eliska Kimbriel , unless I want to pay a lot more money than I can afford.

message 23: by Vicky (new)

Vicky | 15 comments You can purchase Fires of Nuala for $4.99 in ebook at:
http://www.bookviewcafe.com/index.php...
They used to have lots of free ebooks, but I haven't visited the site in quite a while so I don't know for sure anymore. Check 'em out.
