Sadie read a book on her bed. It was getting late.

Jinxy didn't know where she was going - and didn't even care. She just needed away from the world. In her hands were her sketch book and satchel.

Sadie sighed. She kept on reading.




((Should it be summer or school?))

((Day before 1st day of school))

She stepped past a big Oak tree. Deeper within the trees was a little meadow. She sighed and sat.

Sadie came to a good stopping point, so she stopped reading and went to get a little snack.

She pulled out her pencils and pens, flipping open to a blank sheet. Jinxy drew everything around her.

Sara couldn't concentrate on her painting, she was to distracted, knowing that school started tomorrow.

It was almost 1 in the morning. Sadie forgot about school the next day. "Dang it!" She said while tearing at her cookie.

Sara's mom peeked her head in the door. "Go to bed, sweetie." she said.
"Okay, mom." she replied

Sadie finished her cookie than went to bed, not very excited for the next day.

Jinxy looked at her watch and frowned. She had been put here a while now. She gathered her things and headed home. When she was in her room she curled up in her bed, unable to sleep.

Beep. Beep. The alarm went off on Sara's alarm clock. "Shoot, in late for school!"

Jinxy was already showered, dressed and out the door. She text Sadie. 'Hey. Need a ride to school?'

Sarah raced down the hall. "I'm late, I'm late..."

((My laptop broke. Now I have to use my mom's computer - which I hate.))

Sara walked into her first period, just as the bell rang.

((I do, too, but my idiotic sister broke BOTH chargers for the iPod's.))

Sadie smiled at the text. "Yeah. Only if your willing to wait for a minute. I haven't even gotten dressed yet." She replied.

((Misa, I'm finally in good weather!))

She felt a vibration go off in her pocket. She read the message and grinned. "No. I dont mind. See ya in a few."

Ash walked to school, he had just moved here less than a month ago and his mother was worrying him to death. She always wanted him to wear bright clothes but he just ignored her. His dad died less than a year ago in a car accident. Ash had been in the car to. He looked down at his arm. THere was a long scar up his arm from the crash along with several on his back and ive across his chest. He had one light scar across his cheek. He reached the school shortly and hung outside under a tree.

A few minutes later Sadie was dressed and ready to go. She ate the remains of the breakfast that was now cold. She didn't mind though. She grabbed her backpack and opened the door.

Jinxy had her hand raised in a fist to knock when the door opened. She smiled. "Hey. Ready to learn - 'cause I'm not!"

Sadie laughed. "Oh yeah totally ready to learn."

Ash wondered when other people would start coming

Jinxy laughed. "Come on." She turned away and jumped into the corvet.

Sadie smiled. She sat in the passenger seat. The drive to school was short.

Sarah ran across the lawn to get to her locker, but then she tripped on someone. "Shoot, sorry!" she said.

Jinxy pulled into the school's parking lot. She circled around, finding a spot close to the front doors. She cut the engine and stepped out.

((Hello Utah. Goodbye California. well anyway. I'M BACK!!!))

Sadie followed Jinxy out and inside the school.

Sarah ran more cautiously, her face burning red. "I'm such a clutz." she thought bitterly.

Sadie walked inside. She waved goodbye to Jinxy. "I'll see you in homeroom." She went to her locker, sadly Jinxy and her lockers were on opposite sides of the school.
