To begin in May!

I just finished this one and it was a quick read.

I liked it but it wasn't what I expected, 2 stars for me. For some reason I didn't expect the sex to be so prevalent in it. Not that I don't like that, but it wasn't what I expected.

I really liked Samantha, loved that she was blind and wanted to do stuff on her own and not be held back. I also liked Jace from the start even though he was a bastard at the beginning. I found myself wanting to know more about Jace's bounty hunter family, that seemed like it would be fun, too bad we didn't get more of it.

I thought the demon part of the story was just so so.

I do plan on reading the next book, but won't rush to get it.

Oh wow, only 2 stars! Definitely not on the "to buy" list then lol.

I'm still waiting for my library to get a copy of it, but I won't hold my breath to get it before May is over lol.

It might just be me, but for sure give the book a chance.

Ok this book sucks.

Where to start my rant... the world building was a bit incomplete and it did not make sense. It seemed like she was throwing things together to force an explanation but really it was a hot mess. At the end I was like WHAT..I am not getting it not making much sense.

The book has a strong sexual undertone but it never comes to completion just glimpses and that is not hot. Plus why do men in PNR seem to be afraid to sexually let go for fear they could hurt the girl?? When Jace says he was to rough to have sex with Sammy I just wanted to bi*$% slap him.

Then the over bearing brother he to I wanted to knock out and his part at the end, yeah saw that coming a mile away.

So what is good is like Darcy said a blind lead was cool and a nice change of pace. The book has a lot of potential but for me it was not fulfilling.

I do not see me reading the next one.

I started this one and so far am not really hooked...I could take it or leave it....if I can't bring myself to finish it this weekend it is going into the "abandoned" file...
