These are the Legacies that a Garde can possess.

Ability to heal rapidly

Lumen (Light glowing from your hands. All Garde have this.)

Force Fields

Sensior (the ability to control others' emotions)

Convinco (the ability to talk anyone into anything)

Ability to breathe underwater

Chameleor (the ability to take on the appearance of one's surroundings)

Ability to control the weather

Ability to control the Elements

Skin impervious to wounds

Teleportation

Energy Shields

Time Manipulation

The ability to communicate with animals

Resistance to heat and flames

Can they only have one?

On the character sheets, it says they can have up to 4; excluding Lumen, which is a natural ability they all have, despite the other 4 Legacies.

I thought Telekenisis is what they all had. Not Lumen.

Nope. They all have Lumen. They might all have TK too, but I saw in an interview with the author that they all have Lumen.
