This roleplay is in Australia. This is where the ship originally landed eleven years ago. We're pretending that all of the nine have survived so far, and now they are all in one place, as are their Cepan. They live in a large mansion that poses as a foster home to keep their cover. They go to school nearby, with the humans. They all try to act like they don't know each other very well.

Lily opened her eyes to sunlight streaming through the window. She was up immediately, her senses already sharpening. She stood, stretched, and then tip-toed over to the wall on the right side of her room, where she knew Blakelyn was sleeping. She rapped hard on the wall with her knuckles and then sauntered back to bed to pretend she was sleeping.
Blakelyn tossed in her sleep, and was startled by the sudden scratching of wood on skin. She roused from her peacefull slumber that had been, once again, disrupted by the scraping against her wall of one of The Nine. She narrowed her eyes. Lily... She got up slipped on her slippeds, pulling her rode over her hot pink tanktop. She slid gracefully along the woodflooring to the wall in her soundless white bunny slippers, her one-size-too-big satin purple-and-white spotted PJ bottoms dragging against the floor. She banged on the wall, yelling, "Lily! Stop waking me up!"
Lily rolled over to face the wall, giggling quietly. She stood again and walked over to the wall. She banged on it in the same fashion Blakelyn just had. "Now everyone in the house is awake, and they can thank you!" She giggled again and then ran her fingernails down the wall, making an eerie scratching noise. "You promised you would come up to school early with me today!" No, she hadn't. Too late now.
Blakelyn narrowed her eyes. "I have made NO such promise!" She screamed at Lily through the wilted, poggu(literally) wall. "I'll come anyway. I'm already up, aren't I?" She sighed and walked over to her private bathroom, starting a hot shower.
Lily pounded the wall again in triumph and then turned and walked across the room to her dresser and picked out a short flowery skirt and a white button-up blouse to put on. She had already taken a shower - at one o'clock this morning, when a dog barking had awakened her and she had been unable to go back to sleep. She lined her eyes with a light shade of mascara, brushed her hair, braided it down one side, and then stood in front of Blakelyn's door.
Troy walked around with glases on around Sydney, He seemed to melt in with all the other humans. He alway wore glasses it hid his blue eyes, Oh how he hated them and with his hair gray now he quickly hurred to the one place he was secure in the forest. He walked past park as the children eyes him. He smiled trying not to seem paranoid to their parents. He saw the weary eyes of a stray canine pleading help me Troy clinced his jaw heading to more rural areas.
Blakelyn stepped out of the shower. She looked in her dresser and pulled out a pair of kaki capris. Another drawer down, she pulled out a blue plaid blouse. Getting dressed now, she buttoned up the blouse, blow dried her hair, and curled her hair as well. She walked out and dragged on her backpack up one arm. Opening the door, she jumped back in surprise. "Lily!" She half smiled. "What's up?"
((AnimeLunatic left. I deleted her topic.))Lily grinned. "Oh, nothing. Just gettin' you up." She spoke with a strong australian accent, as she had been moving around in this country since she first landed and had contacted the accent. "So, wanna come up to school with me? I'll let you drive!" Just a week ago she had gotten her lisence. "Or should we train a bit first? We have an hour before we need to be there."
((Good. Well, for us, not her.))Blakelyn sighed. She was only four months older than Lily and had had her license for two months, already used to being behind the wheel. She has been living in England, herself, not the states. She spoke, not Australian, but English for an accent. "Sure. We can train you a bit more. Then I will drive us to school. "
((Yeah. I don't know why she joined. She accused me of sending her an invite that she wasn't interested in, but she's the one who clicked the join button! And why the heck does she expect me to look at every single page of my 150+ friends? *smacks forehead in exasperation*))"Okay!" Lily grabbed Blakelyn's hand and pulled her down the stairs, not bothering to be quiet. If everyone wasn't already awake, the noise of their training would arouse them soon. "Is Erika up yet?"
Garrett muttered something under his breath before he rolled over onto his back; rubbing the bridge of his nose, his obsidian black eyes blinking in an irritated way as he inhaled deeply."IF YOU TWO WOULD STOP GETTING UP SO DAMN EARLY IN THE MORNING, IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED." He yelled at the top of his voice. He made sure to slather the tail-end of the message with plenty of sarcasm before rolling over again; covering the back of his head with the other pillow on his bedspread.
The covers had been bunched up and kicked off the bed while he was sleeping; but he had slept in a pair of black skinny jeans and a white collared t-shirt, so he was perfectly warm. "School doesn't start for another hour; and I'm the one who's always 'fashionably late'." He mumbled to no one in particular, as if they could hear him with his voice effectively smothered.
Blakelyn hadn't thought about her Cepan. "I-I really don't know..." She trotted down the stairs after Lily, hand-n-hand. She stopped at the bottom, careful to be quiet as to not wake the Cepan. "Let's go to the park instead. We won't wake anyone up." She walked into the kitchen and pulled out a sticky note. Scribbling on it, she finished and pinned it to the 'fridge. It read:
Went to practice driving.
BBL.
- Blakelyn and Lily
Blakelyn nodded. "Let's go then."
Troy roamed through natures trees. He finally was alone he looked up to the sky some where out here is where his old planet was. He turned at an Owl raved You wanna go back then go he said.
((Yes, please. Just a bit longer.))Lily grinned and followed after her sister. "Screeching tires, shattering glass, twisting metal, fiberglass," she sang loudly, reciting the beginning of a poem she had once heard. "Let's hope my driving doesn't cause that. Lead the way, sista!" She sprung forward, out the front door. "Wanna race?" Or maybe that wasn't such a good idea. She could run up to 60 miles per hour... Imagine some poor human seeing that!
((Sister?))Blakelyn shook her head vigerously. "No, no, no. You know we can't run, or lift things, or anything like that. That's why we all have asthma as we act human." She jogged to Lily's car. Her jogging looked like running, but she didn't care. "We are taking your car."
((She's a very affectionate person and considers all nine of them close enough to be a brother or sister. :P))Lily pretended to sag down, letting her shoulders and arms loose and her head hang down. "Fine... I guess..." she muttered, but quickly replaced the pout with a gri. As she took out her keys and unlocked the door. "Asthma, my buttock."
((Oh okay. Just wondering...and she likes one of them?))Blakelyn got in the passenger seat. "Exactly!" A thoght came to her, about her sister. Her real sister. She was closest to Lily out of the nine, but she had a real sister whom she was eleven years older than. "I have never thought about it in a while...but I wonder how Applonia is doing."
Sadly, Damien did not awake do the sound of chirping birds and sun streaming through the cracks in the curtains. He also didn't awake to the sound of his alarm going off, which would've been a lot more preferable. What he did awake to was a screaming Garrett and the faint sound of a couple of others within the mansion who were already up, which were sure to be the cause of all the screaming. Unless Garrett was having an episode which, as amusing as it would seem, was also very unlikely and not something Damien wanted to deal with so early.Half an hour, he inwardly groaned, You couldn't wait half an hour? Regardless, figuring he wasn't going to get back to sleep after such a violent wake-up call, he managed to drag himself out of his bed and find his way to his own bathroom. Damien was many things, but he was definitely not a morning person at the best of times.
"I'm sure she's fine, Blakelyn." Lily pulled open the driver's side door and put the keys in to start the car. She looked up into the mansion one more time and saw another figure up in one of the rooms. Damian! Her heart skipped a beat, but she averted her eyes and took a deep breath, hoping Blakelyn hadn't noticed.((Yeah... Damian. ;P))
Blakelyn was preoccupied as it was. She was gazing out the window at the Shelter down the road where she'd go after school for her job. "I don't need a job, Erika!" Blakelyn had objected.
"Yes. You do. Now hurry along." Erika had turned around and headed up the stairs, not wanting to here another word.
Blakelyn snapped out of it and looked over at Lily. "Shall we?" She giggled slightly from sounding so regal.
((Poor Damian... XD))Garrett remained motionless on his bed for another couple of seconds before he rolled off entirely; landing on the plush covers he had kicked off. "...At least I could go train with Dan or something..." He muttered as he rubbed the bridge of his nose; sitting up with a sullen expression. Damian wasn't the only one who had issues with the morning birds.
He pulled himself up by using the bedframe, stumbling slightly as he gained his balance and the blood rushed to his head. Despite the pain he felt, he walked to his bathroom (which was shared with Damian) and splashed some water on his face as he thought about changing. ...Couldn't hurt, I guess. I mean, I showered last night, so whatever... He thought, yawning a bit.
Troy responded " Yeah wait ... no I can'y" he said shaking his head and flew off to see a few other people. Something was strange about them the way something was strange about him. He perched on a tree and listened.
Lily nodded, a bit nervous. She still wasn't used to driving... and she had only passed her test due to some... extremely happy emotions on the part of her overseer. She had just wanted to pass... but that was done now. Now she would actually learn how to drive well. "Yeah..." She put the keys in and twisted them, and the car started immediately.
"You'll be fine. And if anything happens, we can blind anyone who comes by so they won't see anything," Blakelyn chuckled slightly at her joke. She opened her hand and it flashed on with light and then back off at her willing command. "Ta-dah."
Troy watched Lily and Blakelyn from his branch hidden in the foliage. He wonder weither or not to present himself or stay hidden. Troy walked out towards them "Hey" he said showing his mark on his neck.
Blakelyn looked out the open door and smiled. "T'sup, Troy?" She waved and looked closer. What's on his neck? She asked herself. She shrugged it off anf looked over at Troy again. "So..." She smiled. "What's up?"
"Yeah" he said opening the door. He examining his relatives, the lat of his kind. "So how it been here?" he asked them.
"Fine. I've just been, for no reason, thinking about my sister back on Lorien. Applonia. I miss her, is all. Haven't seen her since she was 4 or so..." Blakelyn pondered this and then stuttered with anger. "See! I can't even remember how young she was when I last saw here!"
Troy grinned " Yeah same I miss it too It's hard to fit in here' he replied solemly, "We have to hide to survive scatter like vermin." he said Honestly. "I wiah we could be accepted for who we are really." he said.
"And I wish that stupid Earthlings really did believe in aliens. I mean, we look just like them except we can do this." Blakelyn held up her hand again and flashed it on before turning it off again by mind command.
Troy smiled ''And this.." he laughed he said making all all objects rattle and glow yellow. "But they are understanding" he sighed. He said leaning on the wall.
Blake nodded. "Or..." She looked across the yard at a rabbit. She focused hard on the rabbit. Don't eat me, fox. Don't eat me, fox. Don't eat me, fox. The rabbit huddled in the grass, ready to bolt.
A few meter off in the trees was the red fox. Dinner.
Blakelyn stared at the fox. Don't harm this rabbit. There should be a ground squirrel a few steps away. I heard it.
The fox's head shot up, sending the rabbit fleeing across the feild and into the opposing woods.
The fox nodded. Fine. he stalked off.
Blakelyn nodded. "There. I saved a rabbit."
He called for the fox to finish its hunt "Or might of killed the Fox" he said " And I can talk to Nature too." he smiled. " They are funny because they never thought someone can talk to them." He said.
"It's not talking to nature. It's talking to animals." Blakelyn corrected him because she felt a proper Lorien should know their legacies by heart.
Troy raised his head " Oh Ok sorry." he apologized. He looked at her pacing around nervously. He then looked up towards the earths ceiling (( the sky )).
((I was wondering if his name was Damian or Damien. Should've figured I'd get it wrong :P))"Mornin' Garrett," Damian managed blearily, the words coming out as a sort of grumble. He raised one hand to wearily rub at one eye, whilst the other fruitlessly attempted to flatten down his tousled hair into a more acceptable position. "Your voice is working amazingly, by the way." He shot Garrett an amused look, his tone light and teasing despite his sleepy state, and gestured towards the shower. "You going to have one, or do I get first dibs?"
"Thanks. I think I'll take up yodeling next time I get the chance." Garrett replied with a roll of his eyes. "Not my fault we keep getting woken up by the two loudest girls in the damn house." He said as he ran his hands through his hair in an attempt to make himself look even slightly presentable. "I took a shower last night, so knock yourself out. Not exactly on my A-Game this morning." He shook his head to clear it as he mentally sorted through his closet for something to wear.
((THe character thingy said Damian. :P))Lily smiled. The relationship that Blakelyn and Troy had always amused her, because of the correcting and apologizing that was almost always going on. She grinned. "Get in or get out of the way, Troy, because I am about to run over your foot!"
Blakelyn smiled and nodded. "Troy, move. Please. It would help ever so much." She put on an inoccent face, but soon wiped it away with a look of amusement. "Still, Troy, you need to move. I can always blind youi, though that may not help since you could do the same..."
Troy side stepped out of the way "Sorry" he said instinctively. brushed the hair from his face and looked at Lily "This good?" he asked
"They're girls," Damian responded with a grin, leaning against the wall lazily, "Wouldn't expect anything less of 'em." In fact, he'd probably be worried if he didn't wake up to their chattering. Which was a shame, seeing as that'd probably be the morning he'd finally get to sleep in. "Alright, if you're sure. Just don't do anything fun whilst I'm in the shower," he joked.
Blakelyn nodded. "Perfect." She looked over at Lily. "Let's get a move on, girl." She buckled in and closed the door. Giving a slight wave to Troy, she waited for Lily to get going.
Lily clucked in response to Troy and then looked behind her, pulled the car out of park, and started backing up. She made sure Troy was out of the way.
Blakelyn nodded. "Good so far, Lily. Just take it nice and ea-" She jolted forward. Her eyes widened. "W-what did we hit?" She heard a creak and then the toppling over of...a tree?
Lily burst into tears and let out a whimper. "There was nothing there! I would have sensed it..." Her voice lorded to a whisper but she unlocked her car door and pulled the handle. It couldn't be the Mogadorians, could it?
