I really like this one it was really funny. especially when count olaf pretends to be a girl and that drill sargent flancatono. and his fake wig. lol.
lol. I think I might not like them as much if I did. Even though it was kinda creepy I think it was made for younger kids (8-11) im not sure. I love how poetic he is. like in the acnowlegments he says-- to beatrice--darling,dearest,dead. its so sad and creepy. lol. I need to get out more. :)
woah um how did i get here...?um okayy so i guess i liked that book too...i finished the series a whole ago...didnt someone die?and did count olaf dress up like a woman in a eye doctor place?
Yha I think a couple people die in the 13 books. ? Yha he did dress up as a woman. but the in-between-books escape my memory... I guess they wern't intresting. hmmmm

:)The one thing I always hated was the illistrations. I mean really they look like twigs...with nasty faces. They always creeped me out and I tried not to think about them. I think it was the baby's picture, Sunny, that REALLY creeped me out. I mean SHE HAS FANGS for crying out loud. Lol. :) (And no feet ever shown. eew.)
I like the illustrations... they remind me of tim burton (LOVE HIM)... you're right though... Sunny was a little devil-ish looking
lol... that is the word for it devilish. They WERE really creative I just like realistic stuff over ummm (have you seen the NOSES!?!?!?!) lol i just thought they were really funny. Tim Burton?
he is the most amazing director in the whole world! he did the new alice in wonderland, coraline, nightmare before christmas, edward scissorhands, charlie and the chocolate factory... need i say more?!
I hate to be anal but he did not direct nightmare before christmas or coraline, that was Henry Selick. But yeah, the illustrations would be best described as Burtonesque.
Tim burton is my hero! i want to work for him as his music composer (i'd get to work with Danny Elfman!!! i would die)
He might be a little dissapointed if you died... seeing as you were going to work for him. Maybe you could hold off on dying until AFTER you get the job. :)
Until after im dead how about?? It is so cool though because if i met him, i could get all of my siblings jobs. One is in school for costume design, my other is going to school for stuff like window and set designs, my other edits for the show "Sister Wives" (no i don't believe in poligamy" and my other sibling is way good in math so she could.. budget... and i could compose!!!!!!!!!
Uh pretty much! Every day of my life. I wish i could write one of those stupid essays that's like "if you could meet anyone, who would it be and why?" I always hated those but now i want to write one! Maybe i'll do it for fun... no maybe i wont
yes and no. i just don't want to be completely nerdy (only a little bit) and write a "who would you meet?" essay for fun. i would be greatly ridiculed by my friends:)
AWWW... Being a nerd is fun... (in a creepy voice) "come with us!come with us! IT'll be FUN!"Wow i just woke up. I must be tired. sorry. i have a mix- matched collection of the series. People leave stuff at our house and sometimes its a book or two. lol :)
I just got off school for the summer so I'm REALLY EXCITED!!!! (can you tell?) Maybe I'll read it over again. All I remember from the 13th book was that it was kinda sad and i was not happy AT ALL!
YOU"RE ALREADY OUT FOR SUMMER???? jealousy is running through my veins! 14 more school days left for me:(
Pretty much what you said. I hate that on top of being naturally weird I have to be homeschooled, yet I also enjoy being able to work EXTRA hard in the morning and be done by afternoon. Unlike public where you have to stick to a schedule.
i'm a bit awkward too... it's a good thing sometimes and me and my friends laugh all the time about how awkward we all are then we have really awkward silences which make me laugh
the misrable mill is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I read this ages ago, so I can't exactly remember what happens, but I d remember something about a mill and gum for lunch and people getting paid in coupons. And a creepy woman named Shirley who is Count Olaf. And that Klaus gets hypnotized. I remember it being one of my favorites, though.
