The place where dead Pokemon are buried. The Gym Leader, Skyla, often comes here. Many Trainers gather to battle and mourn the loss of their beloved Pokemon.

Blue flew over Celestial Tower.

Blue landed on top of Celestial tower's bell. She tried to ring it, but couldn't. She hoped someone would come along to ring it.

Flash scored a mark against the bell of the tower, causing it to ring and leaving claw marks against it. She gives a song only a Moltres can sing and leaves, hearing some other fire bird approaching.

Rain hears the bell of the Celestial tower ring and swoops down to investigate. In the distance, it spots a Moltres speeding away. Rain stops the bell ringing with a talon, as it doesn't like the sound. Then the huge rainbow colored bird chased the Moltres playfully for a while.

Blue squaked at Flash and Rain. They had just broken two unspoken laws; Pokemon must never stop the bell from ringing and must never hurt the bell.
Blue bent over to start it ringing, but the same electric shock she recieved stopped her, as it did every time. So she sat, waiting for another Pokemon to come and ring it.

Rain got bored and cam back to retaliate at the Articuno who had dared to defy it by screeching. Rain cawed at the ice blue bird pokemon. What is your name? It said.

Flash heard the articunos call. What have I done now? She thought.

"Blue," she answered. "Don't touch this bell unless you are ringing it!"

Rain's eyes flashed. You dare to defy me, Blue?

Flash watched the argument carefully.

Blue shrugged. "I'm just enforcing the laws."

Rain hissed. I couldn't care less... It lashed out a fiery talon.

Blue watched as the talon passed through her body. No need to worry; living flesh could not make contact with her, as she was dead.

Rain screamed defiance. This is not over, Blue, Rain hissed as she flew away. No..This is merely the beginning...

Flash swooped down as Rain left. "You had better watch out, Blue. I have found myself under the wrath of Rain a few times, and look what happened here.." Flash raised a smoking wing to reveal several deep, long-since infected scores from talons. "You'd do to watch your back."

((*gasp* I was messing around with DC eggs on PowerPoint and I discovered that changing the brightness of a green will make it look like any of the greens. So the artist must have just darkened or lightened it.))

Blue cried out as she saw the fire.

Flash turned and blocked the flame with fire of her own. "What was that for?!" She screeched at the chandelure.

Flash glared at the chandelure. "Listen up, bud. If you wanna shoot flames at pokemon, I urge you to go find a huge, rainbow ho-oh and flame him up. Got it?"

Flash was angry now. "Son of a Zebstrika!" She attacked mercilessly.

Flash attacked Dark Flare with her talons, making stabbing motions. She used Fire claw while doing this to inflict maximum damage. Flash winced as she nearly hit the bell, remembering the laws.

Flash was blinded temporarily. When she could see again, she looked around wildly. She hissed. "What pokemon comes and battles you then just dissappears!?"

Blue watched the battle. She couldn't take much more.

Flash shook herself.

"What's your name?" she asked Blue nervously.

"Blue," Blue answered.

"I'm Flash," Flash said, flicking her head.
