Stars Shine After Dark is a sweet Christian romance about a football star and movie star who meet, fall in love and marry. Then his career ends because of a car crash. Being a strong woman, Mona steps up her career to take care of them both. After a while, their lives begin to drift in different directions, and they must discover a means of making the love and commitment come back to their relationship.Meanwhile, someone is leaking stories about them to the tabloids. A newspaper story ends each chapter, showing how facts can be twisted into gossip, and the damage gossip can do to a person's reputation. When Mona finds out who is leaking these false stories, will she forgive it?
Stars has been republished in Kindle and Nook versions. Other formats are available at ebooks_online.com.

was a perfect love story. (Would have preferred not to have bawled through the last half) Kate needs a break from her life and decides to help her grandmother restore a house. There she meets Matt, a former NHL player who doesn't want to be bothered. Of course, things slowly evolve and sparks fly between the two. But will their love survive God's ultimate plan?
Just finished Anathema, I loved this book. Colleen Coble is an excellent writer and this book doesn't disappoint! You can see my full review here.

What a great addition to the Brides of Last Chance Ranch series. Waiting for Morning is a wonderful story about waiting on the Lord and learning to put Him first in everything you do. View my full review here.

This was such a sweet story. Since Ann Shorey is a new author to me, I did not know what to expect. I was also a little apprehensive that this was the third book in a series. Even though I have not read the previous books in the Sisters at Heart series, I had no problem keeping up with the events in the book. It did, however, make me curious enough to read about Faith and Rosemary's stories. The plot was not fast paced or adventurous, but it was not boring either. The author had me intrigued and trying to figure out Jacob's past. The romance between Jacob and Cassie was well thought out and so sweet. Who knew such a gruff person could be so sweet to the woman he loved!

This book was fantastic. I was hooked from the very first page. Kim Vogel Sawyer is an excellent writer. The plot was fast-paced and exciting. I loved that both Caroline and Oliver were under cover, trying to uncover things at the chocolate factory. I loved that the setting was in chocolate factory, as well. I am a HUGE fan of chocolate, so this book made me crave some! The romance between "Ollie" and "Carrie" was sweet (no pun intended, hehe). It wasn't the main focus of the book, and that was fine. The insights on child labor back in that time period was also interesting.View my full review here.
I have never read a book by Ruth Reid before, so I had no expectations about this book. The description aptly sums up the book. There is romance, mystery, and a good dose of a Christian message.

I absolutely loved this book! Jen Turano has such a way with words. This fast-paced book is packed with humor, witty dialogue, and intriguing characters. Read my full review here.
This was a good book. The plot was good. I love regency novels, so it hit the spot there. The author provided rich details of the gowns and ball rooms, which I loved. There were parts of the story that moved kind of slow. However, the end was satisfying. View my full review here.
I had to read this fantastic book twice because I was scared I missed something! I couldn't put it down! Read my full review here.
This is such a fun, lighthearted read. I thoroughly enjoyed Becky Wade's writing style. The story is both humorous and fun, yet it has a powerful message. View my full review here.
From the first page of this book, I was captured by the story. Though there were parts in the middle that lagged a bit for me, I still enjoyed this book immensely. Tamsen's struggles and her pursuers, good and bad, made for an interesting plot line. As we move toward the end of the book, the story picks up with action, danger, and a love story that I found completely enjoyable. Read my full review here.
(I'm giving away a copy of this book on my blog! Head on over to enter!)
I have forgotten how enjoyable Karen Witemeyer's books can be! I've read several of her books (before I started my blog), so I had an idea of what to expect, but this was fantastic! The story was fast-paced and exciting. I had a hard time putting the book down. Overall, I highly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the next book in the Archer Brothers series. After all, I have to know what happens to Crockett, Jim, and Neill! View my full review here.
