Hi Mayandree, I just wanted to know how you came up with the concept for Betrayal. BTW you are now one of my most favorite authors. You totally Rock!

Thank you. I wanted to write a book that would stir emotions in the young readers as well as adult readers. Greek myths, which I enjoy, is the perfect premise. In greek mythology stories you find forbidden love, betrayal, sacrifice, horror, and magic. I tried to weave all of that together and came up with the first book of the Decsendants trilogy.
