I read the books before the show came out and I was pissed off because they changed everything. Not fan of the series really, just in love with damon. It's the only character they did a fabulous job on the series with.

Stefan is kinda cute,but Damon is freakin hot.How could they change Elena into a blonde to a brunette?! Personally I like the show because the books are kinda confusing with the whole "Power thing" and "kistune"

I like the books better.
