Name: Jeoff “Hacker” Felix Rodriguez

Killing Method:
Jeoff likes to zero in on one person, then follows them for the rest of the day until he catches them alone. He likes to scare them before he kills them, usually by putting on a show of his powers. Once he’s killed them, he takes anything valuable that they have, and then arranges the scene to look like they committed suicide.

Persona:
Jeoff is a social chameleon, and will change how he acts depending on who’s around. Usually, though, he’s very rebellious and has a small problem with anger issues. He is almost always happy, (especially when he’s around computers) and most of the time wears his heart on his sleeve. At first, he may seem a bit prickly, but once you get to know him, he’s a great friend to have behind your back. (Unless, you’re his next victim or he’s in a rage. Then, you’re most likely dead.) Jeoff likes everything to be chaos in order, and has lists for just about everything. He is extremely intelligent, but goes brain dead a lot. He is a spaz, very hyper and curious about EVERYTHING. He does not like rules or restrictions at all, and will usually go out of his way to break them. Jeoff is a computer addict, and prefers to stay hunched over screens he has stolen from his many murders than go out, but his urge for killing people manages to pry him away.
Appearance:
Jeoff has light gray/brown hair, with a slight tinge of green from when he when through a phase of dyeing his hair. He’s a little bit taller than average, though at first glance seems to pull off the appearance of being small. He has a small scar under his right eye, from getting in a knife fight when he was young. His left hand and lower arm are riddled with burns and scars from sticking his hand into a computer that had short circuited boards and exploded, so it is usually wrapped up in a bandage. He has dark green eyes and an athletic build (though who knows where he got that, he’s sitting at the computer all day).
Background:
Jeoff grew up around electronics, his dad being an engineer. He immediately took a liking to them, learning everything he possibly could, until he could create or disable a program with his eyes closed. Jeoff didn’t have many friends at school, but he was a pretty friendly kid. At 14, he joined a cult to piss off his parents, but when he tried to leave, (he was too good for them, anyways,) they came after him and gave him the scar under his eye. At 15, he started a secret business where people would pay him to hack into accounts, files, etc. However, when he hacked into government files, and they found out, they put him in juvenile prison. Without the company of his computers, he went crazy and attacked a guard, and ended up in the hospital, where he got the Pulse Virus. When he was sent back to prison, he killed everyone there, but never attempted to return home. He began living on the streets, killing whoever he came across and taking their possessions. When he killed a particularly wealthy dude, he decided to take his house and start living there, junking it up with whatever he found and that he could use.

Character 2:
Name: Rhia "Rerun" Antony
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Species: Infected human.
Killing Method: When Rhia kills, she plans it out months in advance, so as to leave no forensic evidence. She varies her murders. She can't be getting caught because no one even knows she's infected yet.
Occupancy: She inhereted her mother's restaurant, "The Loupe Garou", and now runs it. Most just call it "The Loupe."
Persona: Rhia is a very caring girl with sarcastic attitude and a lot of work ethic. She'll take stragglers in from off the street and has straightened many a person out. A lot of them stay with her and work in her restaurant. She loves cooking and baking with a passion and is eager to try new things. She's a bit perverted because of the people she hangs around with and likes to joke that they tainted her. She would do anything for her co-workers who happen to be like family.

Rhia has short black hair with a single blonde streak that never seems to get messed up. She has a warm inviting smile and blue eyes. Her skin is creamy and she's very petite. Rhia's build is rather curvy and she's not afraid to show that as it increases traffic to her restaurant. She wears red quite a bit and never wears makeup because she finds it impratical and ridiculously expensive.
Background: Rhia was forced to grow up at age 12 when her parents died, leaving her the restaurant. She and her Nana ran it until she turned 14, when her grandmother died. She had no other living relatives and refused to go with her social worker after her Nana's funeral. Since her Nana was around 90, she had been running the restaurant by herself anyway. And so began her ownership of the restaurant. One night when she was taking out the trash, she was attacked and infected.
Family: All deceased.
Crush: We'll see.
Enemies: Anyone who threatens her family, restaurant, or herself.

Weakness: Innocence (Small animals/Kids/Hurt People)
Persona: She loves to help. If there's trouble or someone's being hurt, she's there to go as far to risk her life to help. The reason she is like this is due to a stormy childhood between her parents. (I can't tell you details because you'd have to be really close to her in order to know info that personal to her).
Appearance: She's always wearing her hair down and a dress. Usually she wears bright colors. Her hair differs from a complicated bun to just down.

Background: Like I said before, she doesn't go too far into her history, but just to say a little, something bad happened to her parents. She grew up in a quiet town, so this 'event' really threw her off and showed her the trouble happening with everyone.
