Who's Reading Stardust this Month?

I read it last year. My daughter passed it on to me. It was a really quick read--about 3 hours. I have seen it in the Science Fiction/Fantasy section of the bookstore. I have not looked for it on the Young Adult shelves. But, I know it wasn't next to "Inter World" by Neil Gaiman when I bought that.
I wont be reading this book this month. I am reading Twilight and I wont be reading any other books other than the books of the Twilight series.
I just started Stardust. At my library they have teen & adult copies in their collection. I was really NOT in the mood to read fantasy and was not looking forward to this book, but so far I'm enjoying it. Depending on how much time I spend reading it I should finish it tomorrow or Wednesday, at least that's the plan.
I thought it was more like a fairy tale than a fantasy. I know that sounds really stupid since it has a quest and a protagonist who doesn't know who and/or what he really is. Okay, I admit, it IS a fantasy novel. Maybe it was just the style and length that made it seem more like a fairy tale.
I read it at the beginning of the summer. It was my first taste of a Neil Gaiman book and I really ended up enjoying it. I found it in the adult fiction section of my library.
This book is an extremely fast read. So anyone wondering whether or not to read it maybe that will help you make your decision. You could probably read it in one day if you have the time. I won't be reading it with the group since I have already read it but I will be able to join the discussions.
I have finished it already. I don't know where my library had it shelved because I reserved it, sorry. I felt like it read a lot like C.S. Lewis's Narnia Chronicles. I enjoyed it for the most part but it is not a keeper for me.
I'm on board. I read it a while back and didn't particularly enjoy it. It may not be a fair comparison, but I like the sparse writing style of Gaiman's graphic novels, and STARDUST is full of extraneous details. Plus, I don't dig the self-congratulatory humor of the book. Too showy. Wink, wink.
But I will say it was better than the recent film version that went way over the top with special effects, and way under with character development.
I would classify STARDUST as fairy tale before anything else. I have found it shelved in the adult Sci-Fi/Fantasy sections.

Well, I finished it. But the finished reading folder is closed to new discussions and the reading it one is open but even though Nick says to mark spoilers it seems that could be avoided if there was a finished reading folder vs. currently reading folder as there have been for our other books. So: I'm waiting to see before I start a discussion. Thanks.
I am trying to finish what I am reading right now, and hope to start soon. It was shelved in Adult fiction at my library.
I've been getting into this novel, slowly, but surely. I'm finding myself distracted by the screenshots enclosed at the centre of the post-movie version I picked up at a used book store.
Really enjoying it so far though!
I read it a couple of months ago. I found it in the literature section of the bookstore. I don't have it in my middle school library but I'm suggested it to our high school library media specialist. I really enjoyed the book. Gaiman's pretty incredible!

So who's reading it this month with us?
And -- did you find it shelved in YA or adult at your local library or bookstore?
