so glad you asked!! i LOVE JRR Tolkien and CS Lewis! they provide fun, clean fantasy, which is harder and harder to find it seems. i also ADORE the Left Behind series! the end times have always had a certain hold on me, though recently i've decided to stick to growing my relationship first, then diving in!

revelation of heaven and revelation of hell. they keep me on track, just knowing how heaven feels and looks makes me want to go there and hell is too hot and i really do not want to go there.

My all time favourite christian book is THE SHACK!! It is a must read for ALL christians and is completely enlightining for non-christians! This book answered so many quetstions and things I was unsure about from Jesus' teachings and christianity period. I was amazed at everything explained in this book. All of it was very straight forward and now I have so many things I am glad I finally understand. *NOTE* this book is fiction but reads like it is a true story. Either way, it is incredible!

Other great christian books I have read are: THE LAST SIN EATER, by Francine Rivers, (FICTION) 23 MINUTES IN HELL,by Bill Wiese,(TRUE STORY) and HEAVEN IS FOR REAL, by Todd Burpo (TRUE STORY) All of these books are very incredible an inspiring for Christian. I would recomend them to all Christians and Non- christians because these books (especially 23 minutes in hell) are very inspiring towards everyone that GOd is real!

Lol, another good one that I liked was Divergent by Veronica Roth. I loved how she was able to put her faith into the book and it still won the Goodreads 2011 award!

I've heard that title before, I guess I should read that one too...I just have too much to read and too little time. right now I'm reading the Wheel of Time series.

My favorite Christian book and all around favorite book of all time is The Hiding Place by Corrie Ten Boom

Yeah, I've heard a lot of good things about that book. The description on this site is really persuasive I think

So I just finished Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a Relentless God by Francis Chan very good. I gave it 4 stars.

About to start Knowing God by J.I. Packer

I'm not reading a Christian book, so I guess I'll just keep my mouth shut for a while!

Finished Knowing God by J.I. Packer Very good book. I gave it 4 stars. Packer goes down deep to the heart of Christianity and what it means to live knowing the Lord. Its quite lengthy, so it is not a book that you will breeze through. It is repetitious at times, but I think it was necessary to drive home the points the author was trying to make. I had many revelations throughout. Packer is effective in pointing out how much God wants to have a close and continual relationship with His people. If you are wanting to go deeper in your walk with the Lord, add this to your to read pile.

When God Writes Your Love Story is the most useful book I've ever read! Every teen and twenty-something should read this book. I'm currently rereading it :)

Hehehe, I'm not sure if the book I'm reading is Christian or not right now. It mentions God a lot, but I think the reference is more to a fictional character than the God we know and love. :D

I'm about to read another by Leslie Ludy, Set Apart Femininity. I can't wait to get started!!

That was a realllllyy good book! It sets some practical guidelines for Christian young women. I just started and am now halfway through a Ted Dekker thriller called Kiss. It's a little slow to start, but picks up really fast and is really suspenseful!

If you are looking for a great book, surely this one is.

I finished Kiss and am now at the climax of Immanuel's Veins, another Dekker. It's pretty good but not for the faint of heart (sadly I'm very faint of heart)

Unspeakable: Facing Up to the Challenge of Evil by Os Guinness. Os is a brilliant writer, using his own experiences as well as history and Scripture to help to make sense of the problem of evil in our world. It's tough to read in some places, but well worth the effort.

Just finished up Instruments in the Redeemer's Hands: People in Need of Change Helping People in Need of Change by Paul David Tripp. I liked it.

I finished Loving God with All Your Mind by Elizabeth George. Although the author presented solid truth, it was very repetitive through the whole thing. I did receieve from it though. The author really drove home 2 ideas to me: Don't worry about tomorrow and God is sovereign over everything that happens to us-good or bad.

I should read more Christian books.... Right now I'm reading Emma, but since I'm on holiday I haven't been reading much. Been hangin' with my siblings home from college

I'm reading To Kill a Mockingbird now along with Animal Farm. Not exactly Christian books but classics to be sure
