Nonfiction Boot Camp discussion

Okay, I never finished "The God Delusion", and I never got the food book or any of the listed biographies. I have had a hideous, horrible August, and I sincerely hope I will stop my backsliding. I have been reading, even am in the process of reading one other piece of non-fiction, but I haven't had time to even look for our Boot Camp books. Gathering up my resolve. . . .

You know, people are in and out so much in August, it was hard to get a discussion going at all. Or maybe it's my breath :) It's been good discipline for me at any rate...a great way to keep myself on target. I hope people will drop in when they can--if not every month, maybe when a book choice piques their interest. Maybe we can start making 2 choices every month too, to broaden things out a little.

I never finished the God Delusion either, I had plenty of time but just got sick of it so perhaps you aren't such a backslider. I did read the food book but never got around to commenting, I feel bad about it. Perhaps September will be the month for it all to come together.

Ha, ha! I just finished The God Delusion. It was very technical - I guess that's the word I'm looking for, but I really enjoyed it.

I am still reading "God Delusion" but I have relegated it to my bathroom, and I read two or three pages every once in a while. I hope that doesn't gross everybody out. At that rate I will finish it in about December.
