When I speak, I get lots of compliments on my 'beautiful accent'. Lately, as more and more people read my books, I'm getting compliments on my 'unique writing style'. Friends tell me that I'm the only person they know who can speak and write with an accent as well. I don't really notice it- although I know that I have some difficulties pronouncing certain words- I never though that it reflects in my writing too.
