Hi there, I just joined the group, so if your still interested in keeping it going, maybe I can help! We can start a discussion thread for each of those two books and invite some more members to join! :-)

I am totally in agreement to that idea. What books were you referring to, or what books are you currently reading?
Under "currently reading", you have northhanger abbey and persuasion. Why don't you create a separate thread for each of those and update the dates to read one for June and one for July, or both for June. That way, when people check out the site , they will see current dates for the books and threads to post in! You should also post a thread like, "compare Persuasion book vs movie" or something like that :-)You post the threads and I'll start inviting people! Let's get this group on it's feet!!
Hmmm....I just glanced at the moderators name and.... Are either of you the moderator? We may not be able to save this group if the moderator is no longer active. :-(
Apparently the moderator has nor been active since feb of 2010, so I am going to shamelessly invite you guys over to my group, which is called "Catching up on classics". Hope to see you there!

Well, I'm here now too, but that probably won't make much difference. Maybe I'll make my own Masterpiece group :)
Yes, I love Masterpiece Classics but I'm so busy reading other things right now. I've read some of the ones you have posted already, but it was a long time ago. So perhaps one day I'll read them again.
I made my own group called "Masterpiece" solely to discuss the show - no one is pressured to read anything! Here's the link if anyone wants to join: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
