Sammy yes they are from the old series. They are from the two stories from the Tom Baker to Peter Davison Regeneration.

Logopolis was the planet where if I recall correctly all the inhabitants were only interested in mathematical computations and their Math solved the universe's logistical problems or some such thing.

Castrovalva was a peaceful middle ages sort of planet from what I remember.

Kirk do you remember the War Games episode with Patrick Trouton? Was that a different planet to earth?

I remember a little of War Games. I'm fairly sure it was a different planet, but the soldiers/warriors were all taken from different time periods from earth. I don't recall if they mentioned it at the time but I think later in the cannon (I think in "The Five Doctors") it was revealed that the planet was the dead zone on Gallifrey.

Or did they call it the barren zone? Empty zone? The area of Gallifrey were all five doctors were transported to in "The Five Doctors".

I like Earth!! lol but my faves are the ones that are set on Earth in the past like the Pompeii one and the Shakespeare one and Blink and the NewnewnewnewnewnewnewnewnewnewnewnewYork ones (not really in the past but whatevs) 8D
