Fantasy Book Club Series discussion

I loved the dog! I have two Rottweilers, so I can appreciate the massive mastiff like beast encountered by Martin, Baru, Laurie, Jimmy and Locklear as they seek north of Kingdom territory.

And I braced myself when Locky became attached to Bronwynn. For some reason I can't fathom, every book I read with a Bronwynn character kills off said character tragically.

I liked the books but don't find a lot in any of them to discuss, unfortunately. It was a great, but fairly standard fantasy world.

I agree, Jim. I enjoyed the final book, but I'm at a loss how to write a review for it. Yes, there were a couple of surprises, but otherwise, not a lot of character growth occurred. That, in itself, was a bit of a disappointment.
