Nyara was bored and hungry.

Jenna walked through the dense woods, her blaack wings pressed up against her spine. She loved the smell of the trees after rain had fallen and often opted to stay outdoors during a rain shower. Her soft black hair fluttered behind her in the gentle breeze and her bright green eyes scanned the area as she walked. to everyone who knew her, she was a full demon. However, in truth she was only half demon. Her human mother had died shortly after Jenna's birth, leaving her to fend for herself in a world that did not like demon hybrids. Jenna sighed, deep in thought.

Nyara heard something and sensed a soul. She sniffed the air, unsheathing her machete.

Jenna also sensed someone close by, but shrugged it off. She noticed she had wandered a full circle, a few miles in circumference. She sighed and continued on her way, thinking. She wondered obsently if the person she sensed was human, or if said person was angel or demon. She didn't think very hard about the possibility, not really caring about the outcome. She had learned to not particularily care about whether or not the souls she saw wandering about were human or not.

Nyara followed her nose, finding the soul. She unsheathed her machete and jumped up, her mouth open to expose her fangs.

Jenna wheeled around and backed up. "Who the f*ck are you?" She snapped angrily at Nyara. "Why do you come? I mean you no harm!" She continued to back away from her attacker.

Daniel flew over the forest as well

"I come to eat. A mouse doesn't swear at a cat."

He saw the two women and flew closer to them, curiously.

Rose sat on a tree branch as she saw Daniel in the sky.

Rose then heard rustling of leaves and looked near Kato's way.

"I'm afraid I do not understand what you mean.I am not a mouse, but a powerful demon. You are not a cat. Neither of us are animals of great power, or of lesser power. We are demon's alike. Do not hunt me." She reasoned.

Rose sprung into action and grew her white wings and they made a sparkling shine that could blind a man in seconds. She chased Kato through the forest and was inches away from his feet, then his toes.

"Not true. I sense human soul. At least half of one."

She stiffened. "I am not a human soul. I am demon. Demon resides with in me and is not tainted by any human blood." She glared at her. "I am pure, as are you. I care not for your accusations." She spat. "Leave me be, demon."

Rose fell onto a large tree about the height of a 4 story apartment. She held on as she faintly saw Kato flying off. She started to slide slowly down the tree but when she tried to claw back up her body weight would pull her down. "HELP!" she cried panting like a dog and hoping Kato would hear.

Rose opened her eyes as soon as she touched the ground safely. She glared at Kato and coughed. "What are you doing on my turf!" she said her voice scratchy.

Daniel flew down to them."What's going on here?"

"Why would you call me a demon if you are?"

((Lmao sorry. I just don't have time for it ^.^))

"I call everyone what they are. I have no human blood contamination within me. I have pure demon blood just as you do. To have human blood would be an abomination." She spat.

((Okk..))

Rose sat up and looked at him.

Rose held onto Kato to sit on her knees. "Show yourself if you are a true demon." she said determined.

"Then why do you have half a soul? Demons have no souls."

((Okay so question, does rose know daniel? It's up to you Sapph.))

Rose covered her eyes with her wings. She peeked through them a little as she curled them back slowly. "Do all demons look like that?"

Rose looked at his face.

She twitched. "You are wrong. I have no soul." She muttered. "None at all. Leave me be. I am not what you accuse me of."

"I eat souls, and I can smell them from a mile away, even if they are the smallest scrap. Would you like me to take yours out to show you?"

"No!" She shouted, backing away. "Leave me be!"

"Fine, but you have a soul. Just sayin'."

"I do not." she snapped, stalking off.

Nyara laughed.

She walked until her anger cooled and her shoulders slumped, shaking slightly. Tear rocked her body and she broke down, sobbing.

Nyara was angry at herself for not just eating the soul when she could.

Rose touched his face. "You have no nose."

Rose laughed. "Why not?"

Rose stood up.

Rose smiled. "I forgot why we were fighting."

Rose looked around. "Where were you going?"

Rose looked at him. "Sorry. I was a little woozy when I passed out."

Rose sat down near him.

Rose looked away.

Rose looked at him.

Rose smiled.

Rose grew her bright wings as she covered him and herself with them.
