Did a certain dream inspire a particular piece of art you created? How did your dreams affect your art? Post your dreams (as in the brain activity that goes on while you sleep) or your art or anything at all here :)

It's the third time that's popped up in my dreams..... it's driving me up the wall!

lol my dreams don't really inspire my art, but I do have very weird dreams if you want to read them, sometimes I remember them well enough to write and save in microsoft word XD

I dreamed that I was on a wooden bridge with Dragongirl and her siblings. I learned from R (probably) that S was upset because Dragongirl was supposed to take her to the movie theater to see Snow White 2 but since S didn't even remember what had happened in Snow White 1, she had, without consulting anyone, taken S to see Snow White 1. And S was displeased. I told her I didn't blame her, Snow White isn't a very good movie XD Then their mother was told and I overheard her telling Dragongirl all the things she was grounded from, including her phone, until a week from Wednesday. (So a week and a half.) I thought this was rather harsh.

So then Dragongirl left her phone and her big suitcase of stuff that she took everywhere with her. When I was home I had the suit case open and had the phone and I was trying to get a little itty bitty keychain that my mom had pointed out to put back on the phone, because it had fallen out. The itty bitty keychain also had itty bitty keys on it. And then I was looking through the whole suitcase for something and I don't remember what it was and I felt so awkward because it had all her stuffs in it XD and I was like …wait why did she leave this with me? Won't she need this before then? XD I don't think I found what I was looking for.

Then my dad, without talking to me [I wasn't in the room], took the suitcase and put it downstairs with our suitcases. I went down to get it, into a basement that wasn't really like ours, and I discovered that he had cut off one of the corners of the suit case to use for something and had patched it up with duct tape. I. Was. So. Mad. So then I was like, "I hate you!" and then he looks up, and my mom looks at me, and I realize what I just said and then I was like, "Well I don't hate you but I just want you to actually pay attention to what I'm saying" and I don't remember this whole thing or how much trouble I was in afterwards….


Later, my orchestra was rehearsing at my stand partner whom I shall call B's school. and L [random person in my orchestra], B and I were all three stand partners at the back of the first violin section and the second violin section had gotten very small like a lot of people were missing and the soloist – a little cellist (because the other soloist had just finished sitting there not playing anything) was sitting there not playing anything while we played the excerpt that went with his solo. But I hadn't read that we had to bring our excerpts (which, btw, aren't for stuff with solos I don't think) with us to orchestra and L and B didn't have theirs either but everyone else did. B went off to do something and L was trying to play what she could from memory and I was thinking, …she already has this memorized? O_o I tried to as well and missed a note. I felt slightly better than sitting there looking stupid while everyone else was playing. Our assistant conductor was conducting us; idk where our normal one was. Anyway Assistant Conductor finally said something about "little girl(s) can go find some excerpts" or something it was weird so L and I went out and found a computer in the hallway and someone had already paid for computer time, and it was hooked up to a printer, and so we sat down and tried to find the excerpts but you had to pass this challenge quiz thing that didn't really make any sense and then when we solved it we couldn't figure out how to get to the excerpts and B had come up and was like "hey! I only have 5 minutes of computer time left!" and I didn't want to run out of time and have to start over so I was wondering where to put money in XD so then Assistant Conductor showed up, getting impatient for waiting on us and figured it out and then you had to do this spell without a wand over this animal thing to get a little bomb inside it to explode so that you could get to the excerpts. The animal things were evil I think and could catch the house on fire (here I was at my closet) finally I gave up and used my mom's silver sewing scissors to cut it open and it exploded (though before that it had run away and Assistant Conductor caught it before it exploded the house or anything) and I was going to get the excerpts out and I think I woke up then.

yeahhhh that ending is a bit disturbing XD I'm not actually violent toward animals XD but this wasn't a REAL animal...

A night or two ago I had a dream that involved dog poop. It was gross.

I had the weirdest dream last night. It was absolutely amazing, but after I woke up, everything started fading. I only remember glimpses of the end, so bear with me:

I, with my sister and two others whom I don't remember, were on a journey or something. We come across a community of some sorts. There was a rickety little gate held together by rope. Two small children, two boys ran in holding shiny helium balloons. They were giggling, but also scared.

ARGH I have to go, gonna type some more later.

I forgot about that ^ dream. I had one about a nuclear bomb hitting my town during a parade. Then Lauren Lopez and this other guy were talking about living in a bathroom for the rest of their lives. Then I woke up.

Yay.

I have weird/good dreams that start fading right after I have them. It drives me crazy.

I know, that happens a lot. The only time I remember dreaming is about maybe 20 minutes before waking up. It's weird.

Once I had a dream that I was transfered to a nerd school. Everyone had a severe case of acne. I was also in pajamas. I met this girl named Matilda (the only person besides me not afflicted with atrocious zits) and we became best friends (within seconds). There was a huge open room in the school and in it were numerous clothing racks and bookselves much like a book store. Then this kid who looked just like Harry Potter chased me through the clothes racks. There was a lot more to this dream, but I feel like I'm just droning on and on and on....

Anyway, I had the weirdest dream last night. I had landed a job at Pixar, which was strangely in my hometown. A few hours later, they tell me I'm fired because someone had a better portfolio than I did, and they overlooked him. Of course, my brother. So, I beg for mercy and my job, and the CEO wouldn't give it to me. So, I tried begging my brother, and I followed him home. I was in denial so I started sketching his fridge and it's contents obsessively, so he kicked me out. Later that night, I went to Tina's dorm, and she was like "Fine." but, her roommate wasn't happy with me staying as I was drawing her- a lot. They let me bunk for the night, but then kicked me out the next day. I wanted to draw people sleeping, and drawing from life apparently gave better results than drawing from an image. They were freaked out that I was doing that, so off I went. So, I go to my cousin's mansion. She's apparently very successful. I wanted to draw her chandelier and I stood on top of her grand piano to do so. I fell, and crashed her piano. It was VERY VERY EXPENSIVE and so she kicked me out, because her house, for the majority was all white and shiny. So, I go to my other brother's video game company. where he is a CEO. I asked to bunk at his place, because my parents said that if I wanted an art career, I would have to end up successful, or I would have to go back to med school. My other brother said "No." but he gave me a job at his place, which was pretty nice. But, I was his underpaid secretary/intern or something who took notes on what he thought was good about the newest releases. I think I stayed at work, because I had no house. :P That was the end of my dream.

A couple a nights ago i had a dream i was PREGNANT it was weird i think i dreamt that cause i watched secret life of the American teenager the night before

Or it was just some thought I had after waking up, and I thought it was my dream. Because I usually forget my dreams almost immediately.

That's good. Well, I think it's for the better than we don't live in a civilization that the police shoot at your feet to get your attention.

I think I've seen something like that before. It was Doughnut Paradise and there were bacon doughnuts and all. Confession: I had bacon for the first time in September.

I love watching Travel Channel at night.

It was pretty good. But, I got a lot of shocked faces when I told people I'd never had bacon before. XD It was hilarious.

They all told me I was a deprived child and now they think that even more when I told them I never believed in Santa Claus.
