I have a soft spot for a great compelling love story and a happy ending. What are your qualifications for a good book?! What quality takes you and holds you, causing you to lose yourself in a book? Is it a well built up plot? Suspense maybe? Are you a love junkie like me?! Is action your forte? Share your thoughts here!

I think the ingredients that make a good book are for me credibility and depth of character, realistic dialogue, plot twists if it is a plot driven book, and style. It does not have to have all of these but the first two are essential, if the characters have depth and the book is tightly written too those are bonuses.
