Owen turned over in his sleep and was surprised to find cushion underneath him he sat up and looked around, momentarily forgetting where he was. He sat there confused and panicked for a minute before he remembered everything. He'd escaped from the scientists with a bunch of other experimentals, they'd wandered for a couple of days before they found a secret passage to an under-ground city filled with experimentals. They'd been welcomed with open arms and settled into cozy houses, with beds! He sighed in relief and laid back down reveling in the bliss of a mattress and blankets. He cuddled his pillow and grinned. "Oh how I've missed you, my one true love!"

((Oh yeah. The one-winged wonder. :D so since we're starting it new, Aiden was just made (again) doesn't remember anything (again) and yeah. :D))

Aiden panted as he raced through the plains. The grass rose to above his shoulders, and the ends kept scratching his face and hitting his eyes. "Ah!" He screamed suddenly and crouched down, holding his knees, head bent down. His whole body shook, and his small white and gold wing sort of spazed out, flexing and spreading out wide, whacking the grass away as it whipped around. He didnt know what was going on, he just wanted to get away from the thing attached to him. His whole body hurt with confusion and pain. His back hurt like none other, especially on his side, where there was no wing, it felt as though his whole flesh had been ripped out. He remembered being hooked up to wires that led to a machine, flashing lights and a loud sound ringing in his head. He had raced out of there as fast as he could. He held his head as he knelt on the ground, keeping his body low to the ground, trying to curl up and get away from the wing that kept lashing out like a deranged creature. Aiden opened his eyes, they burned red, but due to the pain and shock racking his body, he didn't see the reflecting light on the ground or the grass, like blood. He gave one last shiver, then collapsed on the ground on his side, and the wing relaxed, and floated down to land behind him, spread wide.

((She could meet up with Owen who's about to go above ground...))

Owen got up and stretched, yawning. He got dressed and left his house glancing around at the amazing city the experimentals had made. You'd never know it was underground unless you looked up at where the sky would be. He waved to a few people as he passed them on the way to "City Hall" as the experimentals called it. He walked in the door and bumped into the person he'd come to find, the appointed mayor of the city. He'd become pretty good friends with the man over the past few days.
"Hello Owen, I was just coming to get you."
Owen smiled. "Hi, do you need something?"
"We're going to start building more houses tomorrow and we only need a few more things, so I was wondering if you could take one of yours up to the surface and get them for me?"
"Absolutely... but they're not really mine." Owen grimaced.
"Thanks for your help!"
Owen nodded and waved before leaving to find Roan.

Roan had not slept well at all the night before. As the sounds of the day began to fill her little room, she decided that laying in bed was futile. She groaned and rolled out of bed, stretching her sapphire wings. She washed and dressed for the day before stepping out of the little house she was borrowing.

Owen strolled to Roan's temporary house and arrived there as she was stepping out. "Hola! Come help me gather supplies?" He waved the list that the mayor had given him in the air for her to see. "You look like you could use some fresh air."

"I really could," Roan said, running a hand through her silver-blue hair. She needed to fly too. She fell into step behind Owen. He knew his way around the underground city better than she did.

Aiden woke up with a start. He didn't know what time it was, he didn't know where he was. He calmly sat up, and his wing curled around his side, but didn't touch him, like half a shield. He looked at it without a thought then around at the grass casually. Aiden reached out a hand and stroked the stalks, then ran his hand along the dirt. Hm. Aiden stared at something moving in the ground, small, thin and long, pale. What was it? Aiden went to stand, but his wing made his right side heavier than his left, and as he got from kneeling to half way up with one knee barely off the ground, he teetered and fell to the right. He blinked at the strange horizontal world he now saw as vertical. The long pale creature came up out of the ground a few inches from his face. He sat up and again with great care, he stood, leaning to the left so his wing wouldn't bring him right again. He tried taking a few steps. It seemed to work. He had to hold his body to the left as be walked, he wasn't strong enough to stay completely upright with only one wing. He was filled with an unfamiliar feeling. It wasn't pain.... So what was it? He didn't know, but he knew it wasn't pain. There simply wasn't a word for it, except that it wasn't what he already knew. He walked, very slowly and very wobbly through the stalks.

"Yay, off we go." Owen made his way to the passage entrance, he stopped once to check up on one of the experimentals who was in their group then kept on going. "So, how have you been these past few days?" He attempted to make light conversation when the arrived at the surface.

((ooo I already have a plan for a plot using my character. I might as well introduce it now in her thoughts. We don't want to rp to die after all))

Roan nodded her head and gave the expected, "Fine. Different than usual, but I'm doing okay."
In reality, her days had been a nightmare. It was been about a week since the experimentals had escaped the scientist's lab. She had received message after message on her pager from the scientist. He wanted their location, of course. But she hadn't given it to him. She had not yet replied to any of the messages, which only got nastier as the hours passed. She thought she was being so loyal to Owen and a good friend to the other experimentals, but she hadn't tossed the pager away for good yet...

((Yay! Okay... we should pause now in case anyone else wants to join in.))

(HERE COMES THE BAD GUY)

"Last time I am doin a job for bennie" Alan thought
"You are the property of the organistation, do you understand agent Hunter" the Unknown voice boomed
"Where the hell am I" I croaked, Alan felt different he was stronger, faster, better than he ever felt, he was in a cubic rooom with just a bed and a speaker in the corner
"You don't need to know" the voice returned "we have done a trail like no other on you, so we had to amp up the tranquilizers, but we have also injected a chip at the back of your skull if your loyalties ever waver well lets just say it will be your last sensation"
"What do want from me" Alan really wanted to hurt this guy the more he spoke
"Its simple you go and collect all our other test subject and you can have a normal life again, what do you say" the voive chuclked.
"I don't have a choice do I, How do I catch your run-ways" Alan replied. The two door opened in door number one was a exo-skeletal suit with two desert Eagles and additional mags and dual sword(http://www.gamersbin.com/attachments/...) also their was an ear-piece and a locator.
"Their they are" Alan laughed as he picked up his pistols
"Don't let me down agent Hunter" the voice warned "I don't take well to failure"
"Don't worry I won't" Alan counted as he left the door. outside he could see his motor-bike.

Aiden looked at it. So strange. It didn't belong here.... But what if it did? What was it? He reached out a hand and set it on it. Cold, bumpy, rough. Was it alive? Aiden tilted his head and knocked on it. A hollow metallic ring resonated. Aiden leapt back. It was alive, and it didn't sound happy. He looked around and tried to turn and run, but his wing held him down to the right. He staggered and reached out to the grass stalks, but they bent fairly easily and he fell on his side. He turned his head and looked at the wing. He couldn't do a sharp turn without falling because of it. He got to his feet, his upper body and shoulders ached from leaning to the side for so long. Though, he had to get away before the monster woke up. He stepped through the stalks and continued on, leaving it behind.

"Where the hell are they,I can be at this for hours and I already have" Alan thought fustrated.
Suddenly the locator went off the charts
"Got cha" Alan smirked as he braked sharply did a 360 and headed towards the target.

Aiden stumbled around a rock. His was getting the hang of the wing, but now his whole body ached with leaning. He was stiff. He sat down on the rock and slowly brought his body upright. His stomach growled and made his body shiver. Huh? Aiden looked around. What was in his stomach? Was it eating him from the inside?

Owen nodded not completely convinced he opened his mouth to say something but suddenly got a very bad feeling in the pit of his stomach. It could just be hunger but he didn't think so. He glanced around as his eyes turned phoenix so he could see better. "Is it just me or do you smell a motorcycle?" He fought back a growl as the smell got stronger.

Alan dismounted his bike and then looked down at the locator it rang of charts, then it spoke " Proceed with caution several targets imbound"
Alan proceed towards a boy (Aiden) he looked pretty beat up
"hey kid" Alan shouted

(so tired going to bed meet you guys 2morrow at 1-ish

Owen heard a shout and dashed towards it. He could feel his skin starting to burn, that wasn't a good thing. He wasn't sure why but he felt threatened and when he felt threatened his phoenix DNA took over without even asking permission. He came upon a grassy clearing and stopped right behind a tree to gauge the situation. A man with scary looking clothing was walking up to a boy with a single wing. It was an experimental, no doubt about it. He glanced behind him to see if Roan was coming, he'd rather have back-up before he charged into the clearing. Not that he was scared or anything but the man looked at least twice his size.

((sry, I was gone for family dinner))

Aiden looked up at a sound. He saw Alan, and blinked. "Who.... who are you?" He asked, tilting his head in confusion. His wing flexed, spreading out, like a bird ruffling it's feathers, then came back in closer to him.

"Woah kid you look beat up, want something to eat" Alan spoke with genuine kindness he held out a slice of beef jerky and behind his back he charged up the tazer "I am not going to hurt you, if anything you need to come back with me so I can help you" Alan slowly approched the young Griffin/boy. Then he smelt another he was hiding just beyond the clearing "How did I know that" This puzzled Alan "I got alot of question for that Voice"

Aiden peered at the jerky curiously. "What is it?" He asked. He stepped forward to look at it better, coming within four feet of Alan. Just as he stopped his stomach growled and he jumped a bit, startled, and held his stomach. What was inside him? He looked at the jerky. Something, like an instinct or maybe just a guess, told him that he wanted it. He stepped forward to take it, the man had said he could have it, didn't he, by holding it out to him?
