Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! I've read around 100 books this year and I also love to write and perform. I write plays, novels, short stories and poetry and I love musical theatre!

Jessica here or Jex as most call me. I can't say I've read nearly as many books as you guys, but I'm reading more then past years so its good.

I work at a bunch of gaming conventions as a volunteer because event management is my passion. I also write a book blog, although its been a bit neglected since I moved to Seattle. Feel free to take a look if you're interested Here. I look forward to doing some challenges with you all :-)

Hi, I'm Adriana! I've read 55 books this year... I think. I don't really do anything other than read, watch shows and movies.

Well, I've been posting for a month or so now so I suppose it's about time I got around to introducing myself.
Hey everyone, I'm Abby. I really have just started reading again in August and since then I've read around 45 books.
I enjoy writing streams of consciousness, poetry, short stories and essays (non-school related, of course). I also love, love, love playing cello, though I also sing and play the piano, harp, guitar, conga and djembe drums, and the recorder. I spend most of my time learning lots of little tidbits of information that occasionally have use in real life, and my greatest love is probably, sadly, my wonderful CAT (Creature of Affectionate Tendencies, or Cougar with Avaricious Teeth, depending on what, or who, she sets her sights on).

Wow! When you set your sights on a goal you go for it. That's a lot of books in that short time span.

Streams of consciousness?

Always wanted to play the Cello or the Viola.
You play the recorder? That was torture for me in elementary.

Nice. I forgot what it is called... for CAT.

I started blogging in February (?) or close to then. I figured I was getting a lot of reading done so why not try to turn it into a blog.

I just started like two weeks ago. How do you put on a different background?

I've just joined because I like reading challanges and I think it's a nice idea for the group.
I'm Danna, as you probably relaized, and 15 yrs old. I don't have much time to read anymore since I am sort of overloaded in shcoolwork, but I squeeze it in whenever I can...:) But seriously, who cares as long as there's a good book around?
I did not read over 100 books, as some of you did... But I have just finished a beautiful book named Sybil (: That's all, I guess.

Welcome! Don't worry about reading as much as some of us, we all read at our own pace. I'm also balancing my reading with schoolwork too.

Hey, I'm Wednesday. Adriana invited me to this group and it looked pretty cool. I always love doing reading challenges and can't wait to participate in the July Challenge (too late for June).

I'm surprised I haven't introduced myself here by now. I don't raise chickens, though I find them amusing and like them quite a bit, and I don't dance on Broadway, though I'm sure it would be a great experience to be part of a stage show. I do a lot of reading and reviewing, which turns out to be good practice for writing, too. I'm also preparing to meet the legendary Judy Blume, in person, in just nine days!
