I love all of the valkeryie because they kick major ass. Kaderin is probably my favorite though. I even love her name, Kaderin the Cold-Hearted. She rocks. As far as the guys go, Sebastian Wroth is my fav, but Cade is a close second.
Yea Jennifer! Thank you for being the first person to post in the group! I was getting so tired of reading my own posts!My heart went out to Sebastian. His sexual innocence was so endearing and so unusual considering that most male characters are always so self-assured and confident in their sexual prowess. I felt the same way about Conrad. I love that Cole allowed her heroes to have some vulnerabilities even though they were kick ass alpha males.
I like Cade because he has a cheecky sense of humor, and who can resist a naughty boy like him?!? Sebastian was lovely and vulnerable, plus I like the smart studious ones. Makes you want to break them out of their shell a little. *grin*
I haven't gotten very far in these books but so far my faves are Sebastian and Kaderin. I liked their story and his dedication to her while she's just trying to get the hell away from him! lol. I really do like the valkyrie in general. This is the first series I've read with Valkyrie and they do kick some major ass! I've heard the fourth and fifth books are the best - so I might be changing my mind!
Cade is very funny. I loved it when they went to the mall to buy clothes. It was such a normal thing to do and I could just imagine the teenage girls in the dressing room next to them giggling and Cade playing it up for all he's worth. He's a great mix of the hip bad boy and hopeless romantic for sure.
Nix. She became my favorite when she talked about how Mike Rowe was her soulmate and showed his affection with "restraining orders." It is awesome when a book makes me laugh out loud.
Cassandra, I laughed out loud at that too. My son and I watch "Dirty Jobs" all the time and it was so strange to see him mentioned in a book like that. I wonder what his reaction was when he found out.
I imagine he was quite amused :) At least, I'd like to think so.
My favourite heroes are Bowen and Cade who's a very close second! I love both their accents and their names plus they are AMAZING alphas who are sooo persistent! They'll stop at nothing to get what they want and they do the love/hate things sooooo well :DAs for the ladies I really liked Mari in Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night but I didn't like her at all in the book that followed. I like Nix's "quirkiness" (lol!)
Lachlain! that's my favorite. He was tortured for so long and his leg injury that he got just to get to Emma... what guy would do that now adays hehe. His accent is the greatest and just the way he loved Emma even giving her that night garden ... so sweet. my fav for a girl is Mari and that's simple I love sarcasm. The way she tormented Bowen always made me laugh.

she's so damn funny but I think Mari would be

The Woede brothers, Cade & Rydstrom. Regin is great & so are her Valkyrie house mates & Mariketa. Kristoff keeps you wondering, like he's sitting back waiting and watching.

Good point, Sebastian ended up with a extremely tough female, but his vulnerability was played well.
Sebastion is my favorite vampire, because of that innocence under all that incredible sexiness.
My male favorite character is Garreth -- from the accent (Lousha!), to his unwavering pursuit, and his romantic side (re: Lucia Incantata and the quiver he stole from Tera the fey for Lucia), he is my absolute favorite! <3I also loved Malkom and Sebastian too! But I'd pick Garreth any freaking day of the week!
For females, I loved Regin and Mariketa but my favorite will always be the gorgeous and mysterious Nucking Futs Nix! I love her statement shirts too, reading it is always a blast and makes me want to copy it on my shirt too! Haha
Nix is my favourite. She's just so crazy but with the fierceness that the Valkyrie.I just hope that when she gets her happily ever after she finds someone that can stand up to her.
My favorite male character is Conrad Roth, can't say why exactly, but Garreth is a second close..About the females, I really like Nyx and Emma.. they're totally the opposite, but still each one has a way of compelling us!
I'm definitely favoring the male characters of Kresley Cole's IAD series. I used to struggle whether I liked the demons or the Scottish werewolves. Or specifically, Cadeon or Garreth? I learned that I favor the Scots more than the demons, so...Garreth it is! And yes, I'm a Team Lykae girl.
Nix is easily my fave character closely followed by Lothaire. Nix rocks, she's hilarious. Lothaire is utterly drool-worthy and I love how half the females in the Lore are lusting after him!Of the main characters, my fave heroes are Conrad and Declan... I love those tortured guys. Not such a Lykae fan.
My fave girls are Néomi (she was adorable, I love her little french phrases and how she just floated around being nosy...) and Mariketa, who was hilarious and so brave.

My favorite male is Lachlain MacRieve. Even after enduring years of agonizing torture, he still manages to retain enough of his humanity to become someone you can love and have compassion for.
I think Mariketa the Awaited is my favorite female character. She is so hip and funny. I was really glad I got to see more of her in Dark Needs at Night's Edge.
