I just got my hands on these, and wouldn't have know about them except for this blog post. http://madameguillotine.org.uk/2011/0...

About the Percy family prior to and leading up to Bosworth. The prices for book #2 at Amazon were a bit high, but I did find one at Abe books for little more than the shipping cost. I'm guessing these never made it over to the US so good luck on an ILL. I'm on vacation and may go ahead and start unless the new Chadwick lands soon (oh please)

The Lion of Alnwick by Carol Wensby-Scott Lion Dormant by Carol Wensby-Scott Lion Invincible by Carol Wensby-Scott

It looks like she wrote one on William the Conqueror. I think Tanzanite got that one.

Which do you have? I'm just now starting on book #3. I promised to loan them to Michele and Jerelyn. Book #1 is still easy to get from the UK, but the other two are getting rather scarce.

These were very very good, I love seeing the perspective from one of the Northern families, and the author does a great job of putting it all to paper so we can understand the complicated relationships, plus be highly entertained at the same time.
