I read the novella in the Anthology
What I have to say: Ilona Andrews and Allyson James are the only two authors I know of this anthology.
I liked what I learned about Dali in Magic Striked.
(view spoiler)[ I liked most of the story, thought there were a few hilarious scenes that had me laughing out loud - hitting the alpha of the felines with a rolled up newspaper was definitely one of them.
I would have loved to read a little bit more about the relationship between Jim and Dali and less about racing. (hide spoiler)]

Ilona mentioned on her blog that Jim and Dali will likely get their own full novel, so you just have to wait a little while :)

I read the novella a while back, after I finished the Kate Daniels series and its pretty good. I just never understood one thing...
Dali seems to come from a family of Tigers... then why have they not met Jim before, and why don't they come under the pack?
Or is it just that she comes from a family that holds magic and she is the only tiger?

I would love Jim and Dali to get their own novel. I really enjoyed this short story more than most. I was surprised how much I liked reading about them.
