And, here we are. :D

Nice. So what kind of rps do you like?

Something different, and I'm not totally in love with romance, just because it's so overdone. But if that's what you want I'll do it. I don't like roleplays based on books I haven't read.

So some sort of action that involves little to no romance?

We can have romance if you want.

I usually go with two, a guy and a girl, to even everything up. That way no one is stuck with just one character they don't like.

Rosemary wrapped her arms around herself, shivering as the snow fell around her. She'd just had another fight with her parents and favoured on arm where she'd been hit. She had to get away. Away from Russ, too. So she went somewhere different this time, opting to go to the park instead of the woods behind their home.

Shane sat in the park watching the snowflakes fall.He was there watching his little siblings play in the fresh falling snow. He really just wanted to get away from the hard college life. He wanted to be a kid again,not having to deal with life.

Rosemary entered the park and sat down by a tree, hidden from the street but in full view of the rest of the park. She curled her knees up to her chest and tried not to shiver, tried not to cry.

Russell parked his car outside his favourite music store, going inside but not really looking around.

Shane looked up when he heard someone coming into the park. He saw a girl and smiled,she was pretty. He frowned he didn't want to be thinking about girls now.After what happened to his last girlfriend.

Spencer was in the music store,playing around with the instruments

Rosemary sighed. Her wrist really hurt bad, the pain spiking up her forearm. She tried to pull back her sleeve but the thickness of her jacket got in the way. So she sighed again and pulled it off, the cold attacking her. She looked at her wrist. It was swelling, four scratch marks raking up almost to her elbow.

Russell inhaled the air, loving the smell of this particular music store.
"Hey Russ!" The man working the counter called. Russell waved.

Shane watched the girl from a distance.He wondered what she was doing. Why would she take off her jacket in this cold weather? Shane decided to appoarch her. He got up and started walking toward her slowly.

Spencer started playing the guitar in the store,ignoring the others there.

Rose held up her wrist to see it better, turning it to see if there were scratches on both sides. Nothing. But behind her wrist she could see someone walking directly toward her.
Her wrist dropped in a flash, and she looked away, hoping he was just going to walk past her. She hoped he didn't see her arm.

Russell perked up as he heard someone playing guitar. They were pretty good. He wandered over there, looking at the other guitars as he really listened to her.

Shane went up to the girl."Hi. Aren't you cold?"

Spencer playing random tunes,trying to make a good melody for a song.She wasn't having any luck. She huffed and set the guitar down.

Rose winced just at the sound of his voice. She quickly hid her injured arm under her other one, even though it hurt. "Uh..." She stammered for words. "N-no."

Russell looked over at her while she was putting down the guitar. She was pretty hot. Maybe he just had a thing for blondes. He picked up one of the guitars and started picking at it, throwing all the tunes she'd been playing into a seamless melody.

"Are you okay? I didn't mean to bother you" Shane said. He ran his fingers through his hair.He was wondering if it was a bad choice to talk to the girl.

Spencer's ears perked at the sound of her tunes being made into a nice melody. She looked up and saw a guy playing.She smiled,he was cute

"I-I'm fine," She answered, not wanting him to see she hurt. He might hurt her worse. Or tell the police. Or worse.

Russell grinned and stopped playing. "Sorry. Couldn't help myself."

Shane decided to take a different approach. He held out his hand. "Well hi I'm Shane"

Spencer smiled."No no keep playing. You're pretty good"

Crap. He'd held out his right hand, meaning she needed to shake it with her right hand, the injured one. She let out a breath and uncovered it, shaking his hand quickly.

"Nah, you're the one who thought of it. I couldn't help but show you what you were missing."

Shane smiled,not noticing her hand."Your name is?"

Spencer smiled."So do you play anything else?"

"R-Rosemary," She said quietly.

Russ shrugged. "Drums. I used to play the sax, but haven't in years."

"Pretty name" Shane said.

Spencer smiled."I happen to need a drummer for my band.You any good?"

Rose felt the need to ask him what his was, or else he'd get mad and hurt her. "And yours?"

"Well, I don't mean to brag, but..." He paused, having every intention of bragging. "I'm excellent." He grinned.

"Shane" he said.

Spencer grinned."Care to show me?"

Rose nodded.

"Sure," He said, walking over to the drums section. He stood for a moment looking, trying to pick his favourite.

Shane smiled."So what are you doing out this park?"

Spencer smiled and watched him

"Uh..." Rose just shrugged.

Russell finally picked one he liked--a sleek black set--and sat down, picking up and twirling the sticks before playing in a way that would rival Justin Bieber.

Shane nodded."I'm supervising my little cousins."


Spencer smiled and nodded her to the beat.She thought he was good

"I-I was just going for a walk," She stammered out.

After a little bit Russ stopped, raising an eyebrow as he waited for her opinion. ((Well... He was the only drummer I thought of.))

"Nice day for a walk" Shane said.


Spencer smiled."You're fantasic.Want to be in the band?"

Rosemary just shrugged. He was right.

"It's not a band of all girls, is it?" He asked, feigning disgust.

Shane smiled."so would you like to come and play with the kids?"

Spencer laughed."No its not, but I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem with that"

"Right now?" She asked. In her surprise it just kind of blurted out of her mouth. Of course he meant right now.

"Well then I guess it depends on how good you guys are." He winked at her.

Shane nodded."Yes"

Spencer smiled."Well we have a homemade CD.Wanna take a listen?"

"K-kay," She said, not wanting him to get mad at her and hit her.

"Sure," Russ shrugged.

Shane started to walk toward the kids.

Spencer smiled and put the CD in the stereo.A song started to play.
