Romance Lovers for the Challenge-Impaired discussion

Are there any contemporary romance, or romantic suspense novels where the main couple is already married?

I've read a few over the years, but I can't remember any titles right now. They were either married and separated, or thought they were divorced but were actually still married...........Well, at least one of them knew they were still married.
