((Here's Charles' house.))

Charles walked into the choas. Toys, food, shouting, TV, the usual.

Joe knocked on the door, hoping Charles was home.

Charles walked--err--tripped to the door. "Ooof!" Charles called as he fell face first onto a toy train. "Hold on!" Shaking himself off, Charles opened the door to find Joe and Alice, jogging up the drive way.

"Hey, man! We should probably get working on that scene down at the train station. Julie, Cary, and Daniel are down at the diner, according to Alice." Joe said, smiling.

((I assume Daniel's part of their team?))

((sure, most likely))

Alice nodded, her pale blonde hair flying with the wind.

Charles' mouth opened, and all he could do was smile. "Sure!" he eventually got out.

"Come on, let's go. Hopefully they're still there." Joe said, smiling, and leading the way down the street to the diner.

Alice followed him, wishing-hoping to just be able to grasp his hand and hold it.

Charles nodded, and walked out, watching Alice, happily.

Charles returned and tried to phone everyone's home ot go to the train station right now.

Charles returned from Codie's house, and smiled.

Noticing the look on his face, Charles' older sister (the pretty one) smiled knowingly. "What's her name? Is it Julie?" she started to laugh. "Or, Alice? Like you're ever gonna get her!!!!" Laughing the sister finished, "Or that new girl . . . ."

Smiling Charles turned to her. The sister finished, "Veronica?"

Shaking his head, Charles rushed to his room.

Julie knocked on the door to Charles'. She and Veronica were ready to find out what he was up to.

Charles yawned at the knock. "It's morning!" he screamed, opening the door. "Oh. It's you. Listen, sorry bout what I said yesterday. Didn't mean it."

"Oh, so you did talk to Cary?!" Julie said. She started grinning form ear to ear, and talkng the the happiest girlish voice she could manage. "Well, thanks a lot, Charles. You're the best friend ever. Thanks for meddling in my love life, that was so mature of you! And since you're clearly an idiot, I should probably let you know that I'm being sarcastic!" Julie snapped, her voice getting harsh on the last word. "C'mon, Veronica..." She mumbled, and they walked off.

Charles frowned and raced after them. "Wait." he called looking down. "Do the same with me, if you want. Go talk to Codie. I really don't care. Tell her whatever you want."

Julie turned around. "Who?"

Charles frowned. "Codie." he mumbled, illeglibly. Charles gulped. "Codie, Codie Wellington, she's new, and lives across the street from Alice."

Julie frowned and nodded slowly. She realized how rash she had been about the whole situation.

"Do whatever you want. Let her hate me. I don't care."

Julie shook her head. "I'm not going to..."

Charles frowned. "Wimp." he said.

Julie gave him a scoff/smirk and shook her head. "Yeah, I'm a wimp for not ruining someone else's love life. Sound... familiar?" Julie said to him.

Veronica felt awkward, and walked off to go meet the new girl Charles was talking about.

Charles frowned. "Love life?" he scoffed. "I'd say it was barely more than puppy love."

"Puppy love is within the limits of the term 'Love Life.'" Julie pointed out.

"It wasn't even puppy love. It was. . . .Scum." Charles said.

"Wait-- So you want me to defile your named to scum?" Julie asked, and tilted her head.

Charles smiled. "Silly Julie. No. . . . .I was talking about you. Me and Codie. . . .well. . . .right now, we are nothing. . ."

"Then you want me to defile your name to noth--"

"Hey, guys!" Cary said, as he and Joe made their way up the driveway. Cary then mat eyes with Julie. He remember what Charles told him and gave Julie a dirty look.

Julie frowned, remembering why she was there. She passed a dirty look to Charles and ran away.

Charles frowned. 'S**t!' he mouthed. "Cary. . . . .I lied." he said quietly, but not quiet enough.

"About what?" Cary asked. "You mean-- Julie?"

Charles nodded slowly. "Couples were to happy."

"Wait-- Is that what you told Alice, too?!" Joe asked him.

Charles slowly nodded, not speaking.

Just then, having horrible timing, Codie showed up. "Charles, hey!"

Charles' eyes widend, he stepped inside the house and slammed the door.

Drew arrived smiling. "Hello. I am Drew, you are?"

((Where's Veronica? Wasn't she posedto get them?))

Codie frowned at the rude gesture. "Well, hello to you too..." She muttered under her breath.

"Hi, I'm Joe, and this is Cary," Joe said, kindly, and gesturing to Cary.

"You must be the new girls." Cary said.

"Yeah. I'm Codie, obviously Drew's sister." Codie said, still a bit flustered by Charles' quick retreat.

((Oh, um, it was Veronica in the Study with the knife. XD I dunno, whoops~ Let's just say she and Julie went to the diner? That sounds legit.))

Drew smiled at Joe. "You were the one Alice was talking about!" she exclaimed.

Alice came racing up. "Who said my name?!" She frowned at Joe. "Why are we out here, and not inside?"

Daniel arrived and looked around. After he looked around, he slumped over, his face upset.

"What's the matter?" Joe asked Daniel.

"Where is she?" Daniel asked. "WHERE?!"

Codie opened her mouth to ask what was going on, and shut her mouth quickly, thinking that this wasn't the best time.

'Veronica.' Cary mouthed knowingly to the four others.

Alice nodded. 'I AM NOT AN IDIOT!' she mouthed back.

Drew looked around, oblivious. And ignoring the conversation until she hears her name.

Daniel frowned. "I ASKED WHERE SHE WAS!"

"She and Julie might've gone downtown together, maybe to get something to eat. I dunno." Joe said.

Codie turned to Drew, and gave her one of those looks that meant 'Awkwarrrrddd!...'.

Daniel nodded once and stormed off.

Drew nodded. "Umm, me and Codie have to go somewhere. . . "

"Huh? Oh, yeah! Right!" Codie said, nodding along with her sister, even though they didn't have anywhere to be.

Joe and Cary nodded, and watched them walk off. As soon as they left, they started knocking on the door. "CHARLES!" Joe shouted.
