FMS - Fahrenheit 451 discussion

I am against any book banning for adults. Books should never be removed from retail stores, or be prevented from ownership by anyone. That being said; parents, teachers, and schools systems have a right to review reading material its children use, and they have the right to restrict material viewed by their children. Children aren't allowed to enter legal contracts, or vote, because they do not possess the capacity to thoroughly understand the ramification of their decisions. Subsequently, I think the same reasoning applies to choice of reading material. We as parents and teachers have the responsibility to provide this for them, as we the parents/libraries see fit.
