Personality: Charlie is a spitfire. She's survived this long into the apocalypse only because of her quick temper and fast reflexes. She is very impulsive.
History: Charlie was a servant in the castle before the apocalypse, but now she's on the same level as everyone else.

Personality: Cold and secluded, most of the time. He's never been one for much emotional bondage or even talking to the many strangers he knew. That is, until all of this happened.
History: Basically; his father was a harsh man, who ruled his kingdom with an iron fist. The flaw was the corrupt government officials and the poverty he turned his back to. Will watched this all happening and struggled to keep it in his father's mind, but his fruitless attempts soon ran out when the apocalypse happened. His lovely mother was killed by his own father, being accused of being a zombie when not infected in the slightest. He ran then, and has been fighting zombies ever since.
Other: has a sister who may/may not be a zombie.

Personality: Mitch is Charlie's twin brother, and also her character foil. Where she is reckless, he is calculated. Where she is brave, he has trouble agreeing to anything with less than a 100% chance of them both making it out alive. Without Charlie, Mitch would've ended up starving to death baricaded in a shack somewhere, since it was too risky to go outside. Without Mitch, Charlie would've ended up killing twice the number of zombies she has, and taking some risks that probably would've killed her.
History: Their parents died in the first week of the disease hitting their city, and neither Mitch or Charlie could cope with murdering their own parents... so they are still wandering around out there somewhere, and that could be the Rennard twins' downfall.

Personality: Alice was once very easygoing and polite; as a lady should be. The apocalypse changed her. The sudden abandonment by her brother and severe punishment of her father made her a sort of cold hearted person, who's fear is not to be killed, but to have to kill someone she loves.
History: Alice was the sister of William before he disappeared. She's now convinced he's dead. Her mother was murdered by her own father, and when the castle was attacked by zombies, she was the one who had to defend them. She became a she-warrior, a bloodlustful crazed woman, who's desire was to fight for her kingdom. Until the man she'd fallen in love with was turned. Unable to kill him, she fled.
