I have started reading this novel and, so far, it seems a lot like "A Seperate Peace" with the unpopular fellow arriving at boarding school and following around his larger-than-life roommate with a sense of both jealousy and idolization. The only difference here is that he is infatuated with an uber-sexy teenage co-ed. I'm only about 50 pages into it so far, so I guess I will just have to see where the plotline goes. Has anyone else read this yet?

Yes, I have read it and YES, it felt very much like "A Separate Peace". I won't disclose anything about the end, but it is quite similar, like a modernized version. Overall, I felt that it was very readable and engaging; I quite liked Green's writing style. The only problem I had was that I didn't like the protagonist throughout most of the book, though some of the other characters made up for it in my mind.
