Has anyone read this series?

Yes. I read the first 20 in one month. I have read up through Dark Slayer and it is my favorite so far.

Oh yes - I have all 20, but haven't yet read 19 & 20.

They are all very similar, so I can see why people get bored with them. Some are better than others, but that is to be expected with such a long series. I started with Dark Guardian, then went back, bought all the previous ones, and continue to buy each new one as it comes out in MMP.

i have downloaded the first one to my nook. we will see....

Reading Dark Prince right now. Gotta admit I'm not loving it. Kinda thinking about putting it down but I've read other books by this author and really liked them.
