Dragonlance discussion

Death Gate Cycle for me. Of course, I haven't read the Darksword or Prophet books...nor have I read the Bronze Canticles or all of the Dragonvarld series. Haven't read Star of the Guardians...and only one of the Mag Force 7 novels. Hm. I guess I really haven't read all that much.

So, maybe what this should be is what Non-DL series would you recommend that I start reading as soon as possible?

Death Gate was of course, awesome!
I got the first Darksword book and the first of the Bronze Canticles. I am going to read Mag Force 7: Robot Blues after I am done with what I'm reading now.

Mine would have to be "The Rose of the Prophet" trilogy. I've read Darksword, but it was quite a while ago. Can't really remember how I felt about it. Guess I should look into the Death Gate Cycle...

The Bronze Canticles certainly seem influenced by the Death Gate Cycle. That would probably be at the top of my "to-read" list, then either Rose of the Prophet or Darksword.

Darksword was the only other series I read by Weis and Hickman. I liked it, but not as much as DL. Sounds like I will have to give Death Gate Cycle a try!
