It's different for everyone, right? For me, romance is not that the story is 300 page of fluffy he does everything for her. Romance defines my genre ... that I write stories where the main plot is the guy and the girl's ability, desire and success (or not) in finally getting together.

All my books have a bent toward specific themes:

o Soul mates
o Lost/Forgotten love
o Love that's not meant to be

What really gets you interested when it comes to the theme of love? How do YOU define romance?

A true romance to me is when obstacle after obstacle is tossed in the way of a couple being together yet they deem it worth fighting for, climb and defeat every hurdle, and keep on keeping on until victory is acquired (or something like that, anyhoo).
