I'd like to welcome Rachael Wade and apologize for taking so long in getting this thread put up. Please list your title or titles for us and a bit of the backrounds of your books.

Hey Steven (and everyone), thanks for having me. :) I really appreciate you putting up this space for my work here.

My poetry can be found in literary magazines such as The Storyteller and A Hudson View International Poetry Digest (don't know the issue numbers off the top of my head), but is my debut novel and the first installment in my paranormal romance series, The Resistance Trilogy. The second book, , comes out this spring, and the third will follow shortly after.

The series revolves around a romance, so that's the main focus, but there is more going on as book 2 and 3 progress. If you're into paranormal stuff, this has vampires, fantasy, romance, and witches, so you might enjoy it. It also has a slight literary slant.

Thanks again to anyone who takes the time to read and review. If anyone has any questions as they read, feel free to give me a shout here and I'll be happy to jump in and answer what I can!

ok I know I am getting old and forgetful. I jumped on here to get this thread set up and I did it already :o) I did see the notice go out that we were reading your book in here this month but for some reason it's not showing up as the monthly read in Desperate BookJunkies. It could just be my sign on speed is not letting it show up.

Anyway, I am a little late at getting at it but I am just starting your book now and look forward to reviewing here when I finish. It definitely starts out really strong.
