Ok just to add something, about running like 2 miles in soccer or whatever...


I play golf, and I have to carry 40-plus pounds for an hour and a half, ABSOLUTE MINIMUM! I usually have to carry it for TWO AND A HALF HOURS! And I weigh like 87 pounds!!!!!!!!!! BEAT THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
