Barnes & Noble Nook discussion

Has anyone read the House of The Night Series by P.C. Cast? I have a friend who is currently reading it and is loving it. Just wondering what everyone elses view is of it.

I've read them as well, and love them! I'm 25 years old, and enjoy the easy read :)

It's a good series. Some of the middle books are a little haphazard. They drag a little then pick up then drag a little more then pick up, as if two people wrote them. The last few books do Not do that, the writers are more seemless. The last book was really good. It's a good series, just keep in mind that it is a YA series, so if your expecting lots sex or violence etc. then this would not be the series for you.

I read the first book and did not finish with the series... It was not bad but I just did not feel like I wanted to continue.

I am up to book three of the series and I like it so far. It's a quick easy read.

I read the first one and enjoyed it. I enjoy YA fiction though, and the books are set here in Tulsa so I know the locations the characters visit. I think that makes it even more interesting for me. I will definitely read the rest of the series, but I don't currently have the other books.
