I'm on this program called Dual Enrollment. I'm currently in 7th, but I'm skipping 8th grade. So, next year, I'll be in 9th. BUT, because of Dual enrollment, I'll also be in 10th grade. Then the year after, I'll be in 11th grade and my first year of college! The year after, 12th grade and 2nd year of college! By the time I'm 16 I'll be finished with highschool as well as being done with two years of college! By the time I'm twenty years old, I'll have my masters degree!
I literally said a not-very-nice word as soon as I saw that… and I usually don't. In fact, I never do… but……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………WOW!

Endless days of schoolwork...No summer vacations...accelerated paces...double the work...etc.
I don't get to see my friends as much as I'd like to be able to see them, either.
But, it'll all be worth it when it's all said and done.
Yeah… I have no summer vacations either, because I take summer school. Difficult, but less classes during the year.
You skipped school!? I wouldn't do that for a million dollars! Ruin my perfect straight A's report card? Are you kidding me? Korin you are weird! Like, no offense or anything, but that's worse than the time I was texting in my science class! (It was boring.)
I could NEVER skip! Well, I could if I wanted to, but I don't! My friends are at school! And I have special pull-outs I can't miss... AND I HATE SCIENCE! MY TEACHER GAVE ME A D! NOT COOL! I have a B now, but I still hate her for giving me a D. I was sick that day! I could barely read let alone think Scientific junk! NOT COOL!
Sam, I think it's awesome that you're doing this whole skippy-skippy thing! I wouldn't, because I would want to be at the same grade as my friends, but it's awesome that you have that opportunity!

Okay, my turn!I'm 14 and I'm in 10th grade right now. Next year I'll be in 12th grade. As of now, I take college-level math classes and tutor students that are sometimes older than I am. I have a straight-A average and have never gotten an F in my life. So, I'm smart, but not as smart as Sam over there is.
Me is smart, but that isn't always good at my school! I act like I don't know the answers so people will stop bugging me for answers! (FYI, they still do.) But I still get good grades! Except in Science. I have a B in science. I'm trying to raise it to an A before the marking period is over!
Wow it's been a while...Ok, so it turns out I'm not skipping 8th grade, they want to make sure I know the material before I skip it. But I'm still going to do the dual enrollment.
Except now Chloe and Korin are gone. *cries*
Does anyone know if Chloe and KayLynn are still members of Goodreads?
