Alright, some people seem to be having trouble with this, so I'ma break it down for y'all right here (ala The Electric Slide).

1. See that nifty little search bar at the top, right next to the word 'goodreads'? Well, put the title of the book in the box and search.

2. The book comes up. If more than one book comes up, click on the one you read.

3. You are now on the page for that book. If you have not marked the book to-read or anything, under the book cover, you will see a button that says 'add to my books'. Click that. A box will drop down and you need to click that the book is 'Read'.

IF you've already added the book as read, to-read, or reading, scroll down an inch or two and you'll see a section that says "MY REVIEW." There, you will see a row of stars, and under that, it will tell you the bookshelf you have it on. Click on "edit shelves" directly under the shelf name. DO NOT click on the shelf name, such as 'to read.' That will take you to your to-read list. REPEAT: Click on Edit shelves. Then mark that the book is 'read.'

4. A box will pop up. Here, you post your stars and reviews and when you read it, if you want. Make SURE you hit 'save' when you're finished with your review--the button is on the bottom left, at the bottom of the review box.

Now, you can do one of two things:
5a. copy everything in the address bar and post it to the review section of the book club. We can click on the link and see your review.

OR

5b. One of two things now appears on your screen: A pop-up box with an html code, or your review.
If you see an html box: copy the code, come to this book club, and paste the review in the relevant book review thread.
If you see your review, look for an html code in a box on the right side of the screen. Copy that, go to the book club, and paste it in relevant thread.

It might seem confusing at first, but it's really easy once you've done a few!

Happy reviewing--and check back here if you need.

BTW, you can have two goodreads windows open at once, which helps me a lot when I want to review in one window, then paste it in the book club w/o having to re-find the book club. Or if you need to refer to this while reviewing!
