Changing Tides Roleplay discussion

As the Poler Ice caps melt and water rises, More and more boats are being built and set off for life on the sea and most people helped put together a whole bunch of what they call 'Rigs'-Many Miles upon miles of Heavy duty metal and diamond infused together to make an indestuctable Area for humans to live. The melting started in 2009 and continued for a long time, Now it is 2453 and most all of the land is gone, Large Rigs have been buile as homes for people and there are what they call 'Farm Rigs' for farmers and their livestalk. The farm Rigs are like small Islands of land, grass and animals and such. Then we have the city Rigs, On the bottom of the sea, large pillars were placed to hold the cities in place and life went on like normal. As the water melted, more species began to emerge and show themselves. There are now Mermaids. and a species of small dragons has been uncovered and the scientists are working to uncover and study them. Nekos appeared shortly after the Mermaids had appeared and they emerged from the many places no human would have ever guessed. There was a great power that was sealed away under the Ice when the earth was younger, Believe it or not, There was intelligent human and other species living in harmony in the world of 100 B.C up until a great disaster. The humans and species dies off as they sealed the great power and the records of them were all destroyed when the Dinosaurs went extinct. Only a frew of the prehistorical-like way prehistorical- humans and other species were frozen in time, next to the Great power. They live but if they are freed, the great power is close to being freed as well. There was another power that was sealed away only this one helped protect the earth and it's occupants, She was once, as the pre-humans and others would call her, a Goddess and Mother to the earth, yet she was a mystireious being and once she rises from her frozen slumber, Most everything will go back to normal and the earth will be healed.

Places they are from;
Neko:Many different elements and depending on their element it is what determens their powers
Mermaids: Deep under the Ice caps, they have made their home out of the ruined citys the humans had built many hundred years before.

There are Pirates that roam the waters as well, only in this, there are different ships and fleets, the good and the bad fleets. Good protects the cities and brings them supplieds and the bad are the ones who attack the cities and destroy and raid homes.
