Valerie was sitting on a bench in front of a huge canvas that had some forest scenery on it. Quite frankly she didn't care much for it, but she was getting paid tp do this. She looked up at Damien, smiling.

He looked down. "Lame photo," he mumbled.

She nodded in agreement.

Melody strutted in, holding a coffee. "I'm here. Now we can begin for real."

Damien looked over and grinned.
"No problem. Where are you at in this cheesy pose?"

Melody strutted in, handing her cup of coffee to a worker.

"Ah, of course."

Valerie smiled. "Makes it less cheesy, I suppose."

"Roommate?" Melody smiled. "That sucks."

"Melody. Melody Griffon. Perhaps you've heard of me?" She shot a dazzling smile at him.

She bit her lip. "Yeah. 'Called' anorexic." Does he know?

"Well lets get this over with," Damien sighed, turning again. He looked down at Valerie, smiling.

Valerie chuckled and looked back up at him.

"Nine months? So you're still a bit new to this." Melody grinned. "I'm sorry."

"Ready?" the photographer called out.

Valerie took a deep breath and smiled up at Damien.

Damien nodded stiffly.

"1, 2, 3!"
The flash that followed was blinding, and the photographer took a couple different pictures.
"All good."

Valerie blinked rapidly.

"Oh dang," Damien mumbled.

"Most boring pose ever!" Damien laughed, standing up. He held out a hand for Valerie and she stook it and brought herself up.

"Horrible," she agreed.

Damien laughed. "Because of your good looks, of course," he said with a wink.

"You don't know??" He shook his head.

Valerie rolled her eyes.

"Of course!" Damien said with a grin. "Can't deny the shirt."

"Linkin Park is the stuff!"

He laughed. "Lucky you."

"Have you really moshed with 'em?" he asked curiously.

Damien laughed.
"Man, and I thought you had really moshed with them!"

"Sweet!"

"Who?" Valerie asked, confused.

"My gosh, I am so jealous."

Valerie grinned. "Ohh...my bad. I'm more of an Avenged Sevenfold girl."

"Aveneged Sevenfold is cool, too."

"Ah, I don't know," Damien said with a small smile.

He nodded. "Very true. Who else do you listen to?"

"Zacky Vengeance!!!"

"That's Avenged Sevenfold."

Valerie grinned. "I know."

"Green Day and 3 Days Grace, awesome bands."

"I like the lead singer for Green Day," Valerie giggled.

"Cool," Melody said, uninterestedly.

"I sent an application into a magazine, and they liked me so much, they signed me on."

"You?"

"Oh. Two contracts?"

"Elite Model, here in New York," she smiled. "The world's most prestigious modeling agency."

Valerie grinned. "Yeah, he's cool."

"I bet," Damien said with a grin.

"And I'm very jealous now," Valerie laughed.

Valerie shrugged while Damien laughed.
"Still jealous."

Damien whistled softly. "Nice."

Valerie's smile was suddenly half-hearted. "Must've been fun to be there with them."

"Well, my manager hasn't told me. She says it's good, though."

"Soho," she said warily.

"Man, wish I could've done that," they both said with a grin.

"That'd be awesome!" Damien exclaimed.

"If it's possible then count me in," Valerie said with a grin.

"You guys want to get lunch?" Damien asked abruptly after his stomach growled.

Rene wrote: "Vladimir suddenly reached the house with Melody.
"I guess I'm ready. I guess I'll be okay." ha said as he was grabbing the keys from his bag."
