Cary (vortigern) | 15 comments Hi am Cary Boyd and I have been reading paranormal books, and lots of other books my whole life. I am old so that's allotah books. So I can't wait to read J.D.s books. I have been wanting to read her work for a long time. Since I know her from other online clubs. But I have been so busy. For now I will just listen to the discussions until I catch up enough respond to topics. I am trying to get Caged by Damnation from the library. I did not know Caged was on E books. I assume that E books are bought online & then made acessable for internet reading. I like books you can hold. So I will be checking the library or ordering one from Amazon. Anyway it sounds real exciting. So I will be scrambling to read the books and catch up. Best wishes, Cary

Kari (kariregan) I'm Kari... I haven't written any books, but have a stephenie meyer urge to write a book about a dream I've had. Unfortunately I feel that my writing skills wouldn't give the story justice, and so as of right now that's where the story will stay-in my head. anyway, I joined this group because miss stroube has honored me with her friendship and I have just been enamored with her books and writing styles :)

It's okay. Even if you just want to chat about the writing, publishing, or editing process... Feel free! Or you could talk about what you "think" Caged in Darkness will be about. ;)

message 11: by Stacy (new)

Stacy Eaton | 3 comments Good Morning JD - and all the other visitors! I put your books on my "to read" list just the other day - so I'm happy to join your group and get to know you and your writing!

I currently have 1 book of the My Blood Runs Blue series published. The second book Blue Blood for Life is currently at my publishers and should be out in September. It is a paranormal suspenseful romance about vampires and police.

I am also in the process of writing a new book called "Whether I'll Live or Die" which is a fictional book about Domestic Violence - although Domestic Violence is not FICTION! It's real.

I write about things in the police word, because that is what I am full time, A law enforcement officer.

Look forward to meeting more of you and reading your books JD. Thank you again for the invite.
Stacy

Good luck with both books Stacy especially the one about domestic violence it needs all the publicity it can get , then people will find it easier to talk about their situation and get out if its bad (yes have been there and , got out)

If you are looking for reviewers let me know. I post on Amazon, Goodreads and my blog http://www.jeanzbookreadnreview.blogs...

message 13: by Stacy (new)

Stacy Eaton | 3 comments Good Morning "Jeanz" - Yes domestic violence is a huge topic. I see it in my job and I survived it in my past. While it is a fiction work - I am purging myself from my past on this.
Thank you for the offer on the review. I will post more about it when I get closer to finishing it.

Heidi Angell (heidiangell) | 6 comments Kari,
Alas, it isn't out there... yet! The working title is All is Well. It is a psychic thriller. I will definitely let you all know when/ if it gets published. My contract with my agent is up in November with an option to re-sign, but I may go the independent route if she can't show me any interest. I've been waiting three years to publish it!

Write your dream book and I'll be happy to look it over for you! My friend Linda and I do this all the time together. It works great!!

Nidhi Thomas (nidhithomas) | 2 comments Hi! My name is Nidhi and yes I am Indian ha ha. I have just started to read, maybe 3 or 4 years ago, and have been love with book since. I can read any type of books, if it contains Romance! I like romantic novels, it satisfies me. Right now I am in love with Dystopia books right now (ofcourse with romance) Right now I am working on my own book, hoping to get it published. It's not good ha ha, but hopeful in the future, I get one book published. I just started reading so I am no expert in books, plus everyone has their own views and opinion.
I have add to you books 'to read' and am going to buy them and sure to love them! I can not wait! Looks sooo interesting!

Wow, that would be scary to be in the army. I know some people whose husbands are in the army and Navy. Smashwords has a program for people in the service. Since it's difficult for people in the service to get books, authors can join a program where those in the service get their books for free. You should check it out! I have to look for the link again, but I'm going to join it so that people in the service get mine for free. I feel like being in the service is hard enough without having to worry about paying for books. ;)

Cameo (cameo_renae) | 1 comments Hi everyone ~ and thanks for the invite J.D.! Your book is on my TBR list, and I can't wait to get to it!
My name is Cameo. Happily married with children. Kids think I'm a bit strange, but my husband calls me "entertaining". An explanation would take up too much precious space. ;)
I've recently debuted my first novel. It's a YA Supernatural romance/thriller. I'm currently finishing up my next, which is book 1 in a YA Paranormal Romance trilogy.
I love to read, whenever I have spare time. These days, extra time is a rarity. :)
