Who is your favorite character in UNLOVABLE and Why? I liked many different ones. Maggie, for one, for her strength, Seth for his ability to see more than what was in front of him, Booker for his devotion to his friends, and Cole for his clumsiness!! Hard for me to pick just one. So tell me, who?!

Cindy C Bennett (cindycbennett) | 2 comments Hmmm...that's a tough one since I like them for the same reasons you listed above. I guess I'd have to go with Cole, just because everytime he came on the scene, I found myself smiling. And I looked forward to him showing up. He is definitely clumsy, but endearing, charming, and clearly intelligent. He was also devoted to his friends, and loyal. Though I did feel like Booker was the hottie of the group! lol.

Jessica | 33 comments Oh man, this is a toughy. They all are my favorite in their own ways. I too love Cole's clumsyness, it makes me laugh whenever it brings up him having a new band-aid in a new place. He's also a really sweet guy. I haven't finished the book yet, but I'm starting to love Maggie's witty side she's got going on (the whole phone call incident with Hillary, Classic) but all around she just amazes me. She could easily have turned herself into a drug addict to get away from the pain of her life, but instead she goes on to do really good at school, and how she still loves her mother even though her mom treats her like the scum between her toes, where as she could have easily hated the world. Seth and Booker have so many of the same amazing traits, but they're still very different. I loved Booker's loving playfulness, and yet he could be so serious when he needed to be to get the job done. And Seth. What can you say to describe what an amazing man he is? He's just so loving and caring and protective. He's so insightful when it comes Maggie. He knows what needs to be said when it needs to be said, for the most part. And through this he's really able to open Maggie up to the possibility that she's not an unlovable human being.
I just have gotta say that from what I have read so far I am just in love with this book. I was so into it last night that I didn't realize the time flying by until I noticed that it was 3 in the morning!

Love Jessica it!! I love getting into a book and not realizing the outside world around you. I love when it is raining in a book, and then you look up and see it is sunny in the real world, you are confused. I hate finishing a book and feeling like I have lost a friend!
And Cindy, I agree with your Cole comments,-and of course your Booker is a hottie one also;} I feel Cole is the level headed one...a real thinker, whereas Booker thinks with his heart. Seth is somewhere in the middle of these two men!

This is from Tamara I don't know why it went to my email!!
Tamara said to you:
Maggie, Seth and Booker. Maggie is by far one of my favorite characters ever. Her strength inspires me, she's a character that makes you think " If she can get through that, than I can get through this" Seth because he's generous, selfless and a total hottie.I love me a guy that winks ;) And Booker because he's such a great friend to both Seth and Maggie.oh,and i love his sense of humor.( I really hope he finds love in the next book,he sooo deserves it)

This came from the BookWhisper to my email also!! I guess I need to read Goodreads for Dummies so I can get this whole Q and A Author thing down!!
BookWhisperer said to you:
I would have to say that Maggie was my favorite. She is courageous and strong unlike I see very often. I was overcome by her character, and could not believe that in such a world she was, so incredibly innocent and pure souled. I was definitely sorry to see the story come to an end.

I know what you mean about the weather. It happens to me all the time.

Pamela (pampam85) | 2 comments My favorite would be Booker! Who doesn't like a guy who can make a girl laugh :) He was always there for Seth and Maggie whenever they needed him.

Jenny (jenjen88) | 23 comments I really enjoyed all the characters and they are all so different and bring different things to the book you can't really compare. But I agree with Pamela, I really enjoyed Booker the most. and i cant wait to read more about all of them.
