Matt was at a punching bag puching it.

Isa walked out of the changing rooms and went to a punching bag, beating the snot out of it. She wasn't in the best mood.

Jaz wandered into the room and slumped into a corner, a pack of matches appearing in her hand.

Matt sat done and sharpedned his holy knifes.((they were dipped in holy water))

Isa flopped down and stretched, breathing hard from her intense work out.

Matt also sharpened his little knife in his necklace.

Jaz produced a candle stub, sparks jumping in her eyes as she lit it up.
