You don't need one, I've read book where a group is the main character, each chapter from someone's else's perspective.
I know I love books like that what I meant is should it be them telling a story...or someone who is not a actual character's point of view like a narerator

Jocelyn has long, willowy limbs that result in her slightly over average height. Her skin tone is a creamy tone with a slight tan and rosy blush on her cheeks. She has dark lashed that frame metallic blue eyes and straight hair that falls to her shoulders. The dirty blonde color it takes on has natural highlights of bleach blonde from the sun. She has a natural rosy blush to her lips, which can produce a winning smile or a shunning scowl.
Her wings are light and thin, shaped as an arch with a single tendril at the end that reaches her finger tips.
Charrie's Personality: Jocelyn is a fiery, independent girl. She doesn't like to lean on anyone and is determined. But she makes a great friend, she is passionate and protective. She's great at keeping secrets, and shares that talent in lying. She's quite the prankster and jokester once you get through her shell.
