Prussia is a kingdom that dissolved into Germany in the 1930's by the Nazi's. It was a more violent German country. So it makes and doesn't make sense. But mostly not.
Ok, so the fact that clever bot knew that inside joke is amusing.The joke is, who is Prussia? He's a country too awesome to not be a country.
It's from this web comic, all the countries are portrayed as one person each and Prussia uses the word 'awesome' in practically every sentence. He's obnoxious (Superiority Complex) and can't keep his mouth shut, plus he has the craziest laugh (like a laugh you just raise an eyebrow at).

Personified countries, the series itself is super lame, but drawing art for it is great.
It's called Hetalia. It varies from really bloody to fluffy and annoying.
