YA Book Club Not Just For Teens! discussion

Alright everyone, we need book nominations for August. We'll take in nominations then set up a poll. Trying to help out Jenn while she's a busy bee this summer. :)

is there a theme for the nominations or do we just want to put our dying to read up there. Which I have sooo many of those. lol

Since we are already in August, how about we keep it simple this month by selecting all the books that came second in the previous 6 polls (if more than one comes second pick the one with the highest goodreads rating) then everyone votes.

We can then start the propper poll process for September?

sounds good. I had been thinking about that it was already mid-August. We'll do proper books starting in September. I guess we put up a poll of the books that came in second and choose from there?

That sounds fine to me. I actually think its a great idea!

What if the theme for September is like a back to school type theme?

That sounds cool. maybe with books that deal with character mainly in a school setting or books that are about specialized acadamys like I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You (Gallagher Girls, #1) or Vampire Academy

Could probably even do Evernight since it's an academy/school style book. We'll take nominations for September soon though and Amanda is going to do the series I think. :)
