Where all the tents are, where everybody hangs out in the evening.

Samantha looked at the shelter and frowned. Whats that?

John stared in amazement at the Shelter.

"Is there a way I can help" Nadine asked Serina.

(( Here.))

John walked up to Serina, "This is really good!" John complimented her work.

((OH oops.))

"Yes. You can gather more material. I need branches, very strong thick ones and more bendy ones. And I need moss, and leaves." Serina said. Bella and Mary went to get moss. "I could use some help building to." Serina said looking at John. ((:P))

Thats a Shelter," said Drew to the little girl. "Thats what we'll be staying in for now."

Jared looked at the shelter.
"I can cut bamboo," He offered.

" OK." Samantha wiggled out of Johns arms and waddled into a shelter. She lied down and fell asleep.

"I can help build," John smiled at Serina, "I built a tree house for my little cousins 3 months ago."

Serina sighed. "We need to get all the islanders here. Theres strength in numbers. Each shelter fits about four people."

Nadine nodded, "Yeah, we'll get them here eventually. I'll go look for some branches." Nadine headed out.

Serina smiled at John. "I'll show you how to make a shelter." She said grabbing a branch and snapping it in half.

John stretched his ankle, hopefully it was healing. "Sweet, is there a river near?" He asked, "Do you know? Cuz' if so, I can make showers." He smiled.

Serina laughed. "Maybe later. I counted, we need to make nine of these before it gets dark. Come on!" She said. She was 25% done the second shelter. "Start another one."

John started to make another one, he wasn't as fast as Serina, but at least he was helping. John copied Serina, hoping he was doing it right.

Nadine came back with some branches and vines, "I thought you could use some vines too!" She exclaimed.

Drew watched them. Finally she walked over. "Can i help?"

John looked at Drew, "Ask Serina how you can help, I don't really know." John smiled at her.

Bella and Mary came back with buckets of moss. "Thanks guys!" Serina said. "Mary could you spread some moss on the floor inside? And Bella, could you tie the branches with the vines to make it sturdy? Nadine could you start covering it with leaves?" Serina said. Mary and Bella started on there jobs.

Serina noticed Drew, "help John, he's hopeless." She said jokingly. "Just kiding. But please help him."

Nadine began to cover the shelter with leaves, while John kept building.

Jared came back, carrying a long log of bamboo.
"Will this help?" He asked Serina.

Serina nodded. "Start building another shelter over there." She said to Jarred. She pointed to a spot on the ground.

Bella and Mary finished. They went to get more stuff.

Nadine continued covering it with leaves, she began to weave the leaves between each other on the roof to make it more waterproof.
John continued making the shelter, he was 75% finished.

Jared headed over to a different spot. He began building. He made this hut bigger than the others.

Serina nodded satisfied at the shelter, then went to help John. "Need some help?" She said weaving leaves to make the water proof shield.

"Sure," He nodded.

Nadine went to get more leaves, vines and branches.

Serina finished with the shield and started to camouflage the shelter with leaves.

John finished building. He looked up at Serina, she was beautiful. He began to help her with the camouflage.

Bella and Mary returned and lined John's floor with moss. Then they helped Serina. "So John, where did you live?" Serina asked.

John answered Serina, "I live in Maryland, how about you?" He asked.

Jared looked at Bella, she looked Brazilian too. He finished making his shelter and went back to cutting bamboo.

"Paris, France." Serina said.

"Really?!" John exclaimed. "That's soo cool!"

Serina smiled proudly. "Yeah, I'm a rich French chick." Serina said jokingly.

John chuckled. "Are you Gwen Stefani now?" He smiled at her, "Rich Girl -- That's a old song now though, "

Serina laughed. "No, just Serina. My friends call me Seri(See-ree) though."

"Does that give me permission to give you my own nickname?" John asked, flirting a bit.

"Yeah, But I'd prefer something hot, not cute" She asked, also flirting.

"I have to think of a good one for you." John winked at her.

Nadine came back from the jungle, and saw the two of them flirting. She sighed.

Bella winked at Serina.

Jared came back from the jungle with 3 new things of bamboo. He had an axe in his hand.

Nadine approached Jared. "Where'd you get that axe?" She questioned him.

Jared ignored her and went back to cutting bamboo down.
